Propadomz

I haven't quite searched for the appropriate forum page to post this but oh well. So I simply logged into a server, it came up in red chat in the bottom left corner 'your character has been reset' and something about an unkown error and an admin has been contacted. Then, I logged out. Then in again onto a different server only to find my items and whatnot have dissapeared. While I understand it's standalone and stuff will go wrong, I was wondering if there's any way to fix this ? or if anyone else has had similar problems? Thanks
