The ACE Mod does this, and it doesn't lag at all. I would like to See, that a deer that was Shot dies Not instantly but Runs away First and you have to follow The bloodtrail through The underbrush.

You are Not forced to use subsonics, but if you don't you have a Sonic Boom (as far as i know). And i think if you use both a supressor and subsonics The gunshot is as silent as it gets. And yes subsonic bullets are bullets with less gunpowder, so The bullets Travel slower.

New Item: climbing axe http://www.tauntonleisure.com/rte_img_large_210.jpg .. makes you climb better xD maybe extends the range of your arm, you don't fall down a building as easily and you can use it to kill "Zombies".

simply putting a silencer on a gun doesn't change anything. It's the subsonic Ammo you need, for the weapon to be silent, that decrease the range and power of the shot. I am no expert, but i think there is more to it than plug and play with silencers (and other weapon mods, too) But I like the Idea xD

And since a (luckily) can't feel, what my character is feeling, I'm ib the need of an Icon that tells me so. I think a purely audio notification would be not practical, since some players could be hearing impaired (one guy posted something a while back about this topic). Last but not least how can beeing thirsty be displayed without an icon?

No thank you very much, the game should stay believable (as far as you can call a Zombie game believable ..). And just because you like someone it doesn't mean your bullets will not kill him. I would like to see a Buddy system, so that you can join the same server as a friend very easily (but since the game is going to be on steam anyway I don't think this is going to be a problem) You mean like a Global (clan) Inventory ? What I would like to see is the ablility to put clan markings on a vehicle and emblems on a Players clothing.

Like all of the ideas. Make key a lotable item from zombies. There should be the label of the car brand on the key and what numer plate it belongs to. You run around a village and kill some "Zombies" and you find a key to a Honda with the number plate "12398" , so now you have the ability to open that car without problems. (fine tuning needed)

I would like to see hordes of slow "Zombies" like in the video mixed with a few fast ones (more or less 5%) About the easymode: As I picture it when you have more "Zombies" in town, I mean so many, that shooting them is not a cost-effective way of getting rid of them (because Ammo is very rare). Therefore you have to sneak into the city, because otherwise you will be trapped in a Building my more "Zombies" than you can shoot. Regarding L4D implementing some features like the Zombies grabbing you would be nice, but you have to consider that a survivor in L4D has 300 bullets for his rifle and ∞ for his pistol. So my fear is, when you keep running Warp "Zombies" in the SA it would be like L4D2 on realism with 5 bullets in your pistol an a Axe (you die right away). I really don't like the "infected humans" model, because it limits the possibilitys you have (the believable ones). When the "Zombies" really are infected humans and die from of normal injuries (not only a destroyed brain) and maybe because of fewer injuries hence they are sick and therefore weaker. Why are there "Zombies" at a heli crash site? I don't think a lot of people would survive a Crash and neither would the Infected. (In my oppinion) -
I would like to see a getting in and out of car animation. Or one for opening doors (no one needs closing). Maybe a reload animation, because the default ARMA 2 animation suck donkey ... Animations for all the litte things like starting a fire, changing the zeroing of a rifle, changing fireing mode. ... And in 3rd person (or another person standing in front of you): right now, when you are changing you weapon e.g. to your pistol your character reaches for it and then it spawns in his hand. So if there is time it would be awesome if you could see the pistol on you character, and see your char really grabbing it. So this is what I want to see in the standalone (not right away, but maybe some time in the future) I know this is not a must have for a working game, but it would make the SA seam more like a finished game, unlike ARMA 2

You are right bunnyhopping should not be possible. Make it, that you can only jump when having light gear, or have predetermined points, where you are able to climb and or Jump (to reach a high ledge)

And if you don't have a Holster your character should put it like this: http://ec.comps.cans..._csp8778559.jpg Maybe even make the holster a lootable item, that increases your pistol draw timer

A Prison with paintings and stuff on the walls. Or a guy in the woods (maybe next to a fireplace and or tent) with a revolver in his hand and 6 dead "Zombies" on the ground next to him, no text needed (this is not my idea someone posted this ages ago) Maybe like in the Walking dead video game a Parked car in the woods, without fuel but packed with supplies. The lights are turned on an you hear the "Bing Bing" because the drivers door is open. -
It should depend on Your Position. E.g. When you are ontop of a Hill and you Fire Even a Pistol The Noise gerenated by The Shot should be carried +- 1 km. Zombies that are attracted to Sound should slowly Walk there and Not go Full Speed.

I wan't this, too. Make The max velocity of them a slow jogg, but to Balance it increase their numbers dramaticly. I want Player so be able to outrun Zombies, but if you want to go into a City to loot something you have to sneak or you have to deal with A LOT of "Zombies". Make it so you are almost Not able to kill all Zombies (especially Not alone). -
First of all i also want there to be more "Zombies" Maybe add a Chance that The loot in The body degrades as The Z's are trying to eat The dead Guy

I agree They also should remove The buzzing Sound upon Death, because that is Kind of a Death Message. If you are close enough you don't Even Need to Look at The sidechannel. Make The Body buzz after like 30 min +-

Hey cupcake, I never said that a knife is more lethal than a Axe. I just said it is not a "fairly ineffective" weapon. You my friend were the one who started to compare the two weapons. If you read my posts carefully you will notice I never said anything about a Axe beeing less deadly than a Knife, I only defended my oppinion, that a knife can fuck a person up quite badly. have a nice day -

you are right But I hardy doubt that the hatched blow would kill you instantly, you would be fucked up beyond believe, no question. Ingame it should knock you out and not instakill you. -

And what about internal bleeding or if you Hit The stomach? The acid it contains will digest your entrails. And speaking of Shit, when you get Hit in The guts you will literaly defecate yourself and that will cause a nice Infection. Plus Free pain for everybody that has been violated by Sharp Metal objects. -

YES, pease remoce the text chat! You should be able to find a HMMWV or another military type vehicle, with a radio already on board (maybe in need of repairs) so you don't have to fool around with batterys. One should also be able to wire a carbattery to a larger radio device (if you don't have a car at your disposal), so that you can radio around longer (time wise). The big pro radio devices (like the one in the HMMWV) should be able to pic up any frequency in a certain spectrum, you should be able to select channels but also be able to select a frequency manualy.

I like it, give the player more things to do with the environment. Also add chalk, so that a survivor can mark places (or draw penises all over the place). But for the player to be able to pin pictures anywhere he first has to get a picture making device, also known as camera. I the best option would be a Polaroid® camera, because it poops out a finished picture, and i don't think a "normal" camera would be very handy, just because of the fact that you need to process the picture first an chemicals an stuff (I quite frankly have not the slightest idea how this works xD )

Has been suggested many times before! But yes you are right painkillers should have multiple uses and you should also be able to find almost empty or full boxes (and everything in between), maybee even different kinds and dosages. Maybe even add a more differentiated pain system, not only pain on/off, but slightly painfull => "kick in the balls" painfull.

I think a single stab with a knive that is 4cm x 21cm can do more damage to a human body than a 9mm bullet. But you also have to take into account, that you have a range of approximately 90cm with a knive and (depend on how good your aim is) up to 50m with a pistol. And you can shoot faster, than you can stab. In my oppinion, when you take somebody by supprise and are able to sneak up on him, or in very confined spaces, your knive should be superior. In any other case the handgunguy should have the upper hand. (excluding extreme fail of either of the partys)
