very nice. I like all of your suggestions. Especially the rope suggestion, I really hope they are going to implement that.

The zombies should have a range of attacks like pouncing/ grabbing you, a normal hit and maybe a kick. grabbing and pouncing should snare you, while pouncing also should have a chance to knock you down (higher chance if your health is low or if you are moving fast) and when the grabbing is successful the zombie should latch onto you for mega-damage and 90% snare. normal hits and kicks should not slow you down at all, or at least not all that much. what do you think?

I don't see why the gun should not be added. (it shouldn't be a high priority, but once they start adding things ...) the HK G3 and the FN FAL are practically the "same" gun. Both fire the 7,62mmx51mm Nato (the Mosin fires the soviet 7,52x54R cartridge similar to the SVD). They both have 20 round magazines and the ability to fire full-auto. The FN FAL was in the mod an wasn't all that great. Don't get me wrong it is a great gun, but not nearly as overpowered as some of you are trying to tell us. Regarding limiting it to "semi only". I think with ammo going to be really scares and valuable the last thing one is going to do is shoot a Battle-rifle in full-auto. Disregarding the recoil that would turn your rifle into an AAA after the second shot. So full-auto should still be an option (a bad one). If the gun where to be limited to semi auto like the M14 AIM in the mod, I am sure everyone would be able to click the LMB that it would not make much of a difference anyway. Also once they have added Zombies and working sound (geeks being attracted to gunshots and most of all very loud guns) i think one would rather not shoot this thing in the vicinity of any settlement. Weight also bad. About the damage being OP .. I'm ok with that. Let it be a one-shot-kill-to-the-chest-gun. And if the guy/gal has that gun he/she should have an advantage over you. Last but not least the gun should be quite rare. Maybe they could add two versions. An older version without the ability to mount scopes on it, but with full-auto that spawns at normal military loot spawns (because the G3 has been in a shit ton of conflicts and it may have found its way to Chernarus, who knows?). And a modern DMR version with rail to support all kinds of attachments, that rarely spawns at chopper crash sites. In the end with the rifle being rare, the ammo being rare and the mags also being rare I don't think there will be a lot of people running around with those bad boys. (even less so once they have implemented the central loot economy)

I have to confess. I came here to read another ridiculous suggestion, so I have something to rant about, but this one is actually really good ^^ But the rifle rounds should not always spawn, the chance should just be higher, and of course the rounds should also not spawn in the same drawer all the time. I really don't want such "patterns" in DayZ where you ,like in the mod, know where to look or which building to ignore, because there are not enough loot spawn etc., but I doubt that this is going to be the case.

In that patch they could also remove all those stupid ambient sounds like a chain-link-fence-door-thing closing, random tree snapping or someone walking on metal. I'd really like those sound to mean something (someone or something actually walking there) -
You have to repeat that a little bit louder, I think not every one heard you. I think this is the best solution. Imagine if you have to trial and error your way to you favorite FoV setting and therefor you have to relog every time just to see if it looks good for you now. That sound awful.

1.) would be nice 2.) 100% going to happen 3.) has been suggested by way to many people by now. Rocket stated a while ago, that the "Zombies" are actually infected, ergo living beings not the undead. You could say it contradicts with the lore, even if it would be cool, also it could turn out to be to stressful for the servers handling a couple of hundred AI Zombie Players. Did you search in the DayZ Mod section, it is literally full of it. And as far as I know the Z stands for Zero not Zombie.

really ?! Why do we find fruit .. at all? I mean after 10 years only goo would be left .. or mould. And almost all of the canned goods would have retired, too.

They should add wire cutters (small and big ones) but I don't think Zombies/Infected could destroy walls, because they don't use any tools and if you have punched a wall before you know it only hurts you ^^. And also why would they, they can't eat walls and Zombies only rage against living things (AFAIK)

Currently in the SA (or ArmA in general) if you find stone walls like at the Airfield you are going to find convenient holes in it, so that you can walk right trough or crawl under it. When I am playing and I see one of those holes I ask myself how did it get there, what damaged the wall and why did no one fix it (since the Apocalypse happen not to long ago, maybe moths or weeks). So I would like to see no broken walls at all, except they give us an explanation like a crashed vehicle, but rather the option to climb it by yourself (high stamina cost) or boost/ be boosted over it by a friend (lower stamina cost but for both players). Or maybe the belt itself does not do a thing, but you can find pouches, holsters and stuff you can attach to your belt. The belts itself should only vary in durability, visuals and pre attached things IMO.
