Hello, apologies if this is in the wrong section but let me begin. Nearly every server I've seen (epoch) has donor perks. I was wondering if this were legal in the US because you are "selling" intellectual property. This might be a far out question, but I just wanted to know incase I start a server. Also, if I am 17 can I still have donor perks as long as it goes into a parent/guardian's PayPal? Thanks for the help!

If this is against the rules why do you guys not do anything about the numerous servers offering donor perks?

All the admins abuse, here is the story: They have a police force that goes around pulling people over for no reason. My friend and I thought we could have some fun with this. Long story short we ran over one of the officers, got 15 min jail, no biggy. After we got out they put us on Skalisty Island and told us to leave at once, while telling us that they blew out my tires of my SUV and said have a good walk. There were other guys on the island that we knew but we were strictly enemies with. We shot one, then stole a key to a blackhawk which conveniently had a 2 tires to repair my SuV. Repaired my SUV but by that time that admin teleported back to me, killed me, then did the same with my friend. Keep in mind this was when we were free, out of jail, and permitted to do as we please. Afterwards when we argued our case the admins continuously told us to shut up and killed us, then ported us back to jail. This happened a lot, we had no way to argue our case, they are stubborn and do not listen to reason. Avoid the server.

I could get my friend to vouch, otherwise, no I don't. I don't beileve he recorded anything.

I have been thinking of starting my own Epoch server and was wondering what keeps you playing on a server. I know it keeps me playing of the admins don't abuse haha, and no pay to win like most servers.
