And for those curious about the actual server and not this crybaby, I play from Australia on an Adsl line that is almost 6km from the exchange and have had nothing but good performance and no red-links with 300-400ms for about a week now, also I have reported suspicious activities twice now by email to Guidez and hackers have been caught and banned outright within 15 minutes of the emails with little to no damage caused. He has my beanz, and mountain dew! :D

Vilayer doesn't care much for Australian's obviously, anyway they've gone from a good rating down to a bad rating because of it I'd say.. http://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.vilayer.com take note that ALL the 5 star reviews are about ts3 servers and whatnot.. who can't set them up?

man wtf, those morons I took out that jossy.info the 1st day I setup the server, which if what my refund states was over 2 weeks ago, now someone else has my server config, WTF IS GOING ON NOW :LOL

You are not receiving a full refund because we did render a service. Simply because it stops during the period you purchased does not entitle you to a refund for the services which were properly rendered. (service was properly rendered after a 4 day signup period and you guys mucking up my server numerous times with ghost pid's and somehow supplying me with 2 servers but then shutting down one without notice also) then they tried to blame that on me for changing the map to lingor, wow! This is over my server which was suddenly moved from Aus to Seattle, without notice or warning, my ticket was then closed and my account cancelled so I could no longer communicate with them via tickets. Stay away from ViLayer if you want to be treated decently All this over ~$25, had they of just honoured the 30 day money back guarantee they'd not be getting a bad rep right about now

ViLayer is not only bad, but they've only given a half pro-rated refund for a server that was moved from Australia to USA not only without notice, but not even a choice of where else it could of been hosted as to not give me 300ms. So in short, if you choose ViLayer as a private server, expect to be treated badly
