    Fluidity of movement

They should take a leaf out of call of dutys book. I'm not saying I want this game to be anything like CoD, they're completely different and the run and gun style would completely ruin dayz, but the combat, motion and interaction on that game is amazingly fluid and should be something the dayz team should strive for.

    Fluidity of movement

Is this something that is going to be further improved? It has come a long way from the dayz mod movement but it is still no-where near that of a high end game and IMO it's a very important factor of the game. Everything from opening doors to changing weapons to melee combat feels clunky and slow atm and I feel it will hold the game back from fulfilling its potential.
  3. Title basically. I opened a door in electro and immediately clipped through the wall and am now under some stairs and cant get out. Can anyone help?

My points are still valid. Being unable to effectively kill a solo zombie with starter gear is broken. Outrunning them is a poor replacement due to the reasons I brought up before.

I'm sorry but this is stupid. I'm supposed to try and out run a zombie that has no de-agro radius, potentially attracting more zombies and making myself extremely visible to other players which could possibly have guns?

Currently really frustrating when you first start and it takes like 10 hits to finish off a zombie, agroing one is basically death. I'm pretty sure loot is bugged, only seems to respawn on sever restart. When you can actually kill zombies with melee weapons in 2-3 hits there definitely needs to be more of them. Amount of blood remaining needs to be indicated in some way just like food/thirst/sickness is. New clothing system is awesome! Needs to be less jeans spawns though, it's all you seem to find. I like the rarity of ammo. Swapping weapons and walking with guns needs to be more fluid. Oh and opening some doors makes you clip under the floor and get stuck :)

    I quit.

By given free I meant a free version of ARMA II with dayz only functionality since lets be honest the majority of players which bought ARMA II, bought it only for Dayz and it barely works I can't see myself being killed by anything but a thermal as I was prone in a cluster of 3 pine trees when I was killed...

    I quit.

My patience has come to an end. I just can't deal with the abundance of cheaters in this game. Stalking the eastern edge of the NWA as I could see zombies there when I was 200+ meters away. Slowly creeping up to the concrete fence when I see a bandit being chased by 2 zombies. I follow him for about 2 minutes, waiting for him to stop. When he finally does I take 4 shots to his body with my AK74, not intending to kill him, Just to knock him unconscious so I could take his things without killing him. At this point I am perfectly concealed in a pine tree, I can barely see my own character on the screen due to being hidden by the branches. I scope out his body for a couple of seconds, making sure he is K.O'd, he is. My character then falls to the ground dead, no bullet noise, no blood, no nothing. It was if I was killed using a console command. I can only presume that guy I shot was a hacker and /killed me from inside my tree. Seriously sort this out... I know it's alpha but if it's this fucked, it should be given away for free with a limited copy of ARMA II.
