Oh when the stand alone comes out i hope there is all kinds of shit like this. Lever action rifle, revolver, bandolier, cowboy hat. I would so do themed characters. I do hope the gun damage is balance though. To be honest if you are shot in the head with a 9 mm and an AS 50 the ending result (now I realize an AS 50 would completely remove your head) is death. Very -very- few people survived a dome hit from a hand gun. I don't see why they should in the game. THe range and accuracy should be the real differences in weapons.

This almost happened to me in BF3 once. Guy in a chopper was shooting at me and I had a sniper rifle, I got him by a stroke of luck. Then I realized the chopper was still falling. I survived at 1% limped away from the wreckage and proceeded to not get another kill the whole match but still felt like a bad ass!

If you can get it set up some time let me know! I'll join, help farm through the week etc etc. Ask for help and I'm there!

That good sir is a good fact. I have gotten around with a lot of the normal weapons I guess. Lotta M16 models and Ak models due to what my job was when I had a squad. Holy shit the zombie kills. I don't hold no records or nothing but even when I was packing the MK 48 I was holding about an 80% head shot ratio (My over hit % was only about 70 but have no way to track that. I didn't miss a whole lot even with running zeds I never took more then three shots to down them)

You say that now, wait til you are running around at night and a guy with NVG and a DMR see's ya. Your AS 50 means about much as an empty muffin tray at that point.

Na sadly I can't jump in on the Brony thing. However I think its great you guys have an awesome time! Plus I like to cook and muffins are fun to make! Ok I just made myself laugh. I plan to post me in my survival gear some time soon. Highly highly considered an apron and tray of muffins.

Things like this are all doable. Just gotta get players willing to do it. Some, I made a suggestion like this as well. You could have what 2 people in a chopper, 4 in an SUV. This is all possible but you have to have the players to do it. Enough to defend your stuff and accomplish desired "mission"

Bah can't look at it here! Damn intra-net! Anyway. In Army of Two I used to run around with the pop can silencer and screw drivers on the end of my rifle. I'd love some goofy options to customize my character. As far as original stuff if the game gave me free reign to invent stuff...hell I'm sure someone remembers my post about hilly billies with lawn mower decks wielded to the side of their pick up trucks. Sadly a game is always going to be limited when it comes to that. Some day...some day it won't hehe.

Yea lot of people do accuse that too often. I believe the game needs bandits to stay alive, the issue is KoS'ing. A lot of bandits just -add- to that issue. As a player you can't tell if a murderer shoots you or a bandit...so to the average player its one in the same.

If you gave me the power to change the color of my gear...holy shit...I'd spend hours just getting the right t-shirt with the right color for my gun. I have RP'd since I was like 9 so character customization is huge for me. Friends pick on me in any game I can make my gear look how I want. I'm either super cereal! All woodland/urban camo colors depending on what I have to do. Or I'm bright as the damn sun, was once told my character looked like someone fed a box of crayons and an entire bag of skittles to someone, added some soda and shook them until they puked on my character. From that day forth any time I logged into that character I was know as Skittles.

I laughed...but yes. As much as I don't think it exist...the shit does. Army of two made my day when you could customize your gun, I know it'd get me killed but sure as shit would run around with a blinging gun. Rainbow mohawk , civie clothing (if I could change it) My job is generally to draw out sniper fire anyway. Nothing says shoot me more then having custom shit!

LoL or something I considered, three teams. One team of 2 well armed "Survivors" or perhaps a military protecting a survivor. Gotta make sure they've got lotta bullets for this. Anyway other two teams of 5 bed down and wait outside cherno for the team of two to bury themselves in a building. Have the survivor get broken legs. Then they both just raise hell. Once they do. The two teams of 5 would get the green light to go in and save the team of 2 first. Kinda to simulate say a group of survivors trying to fetch a some wounded folks while a group of "bandits" attempt to just loot them. Tracking the team of 2 wouldn't be hard. Because of the gun fire. Staying alive would be the hard part. It would put a time limit on both teams because even a guy with an AKM and 20 mags will run out firing in a building in cherno. Won't take long. ( I went through six mags the day the new /spawn/aggro feature was put in, like 10 minutes) But yea PvP with a goal. This is something that would have to be extremely organized as we'd have to deal with interlopers. You said you got a chopper, perhaps we can get an extra team patrolling the woods around where this shin dig goes down. Lets face it there isn't much to do. Plus if you got a whole clan or at least a server that knows one another you can have the whole server like..."farm" for these type of events. After the "match" is over people can run in and loot whats left, deposit it on the heli on top of the fire station then start again.

Best thing you can do as of now since this is the "new fuck you I'ma hacker" thing. Log in and out on different servers until it puts you on the coast again.
