    Obscura, This is probably one of the better servers, and admins, for that matter as far as hackers are concerned. This is s definite change of pace for most people as the rules of engagement are clearly established. Painer runs a tight ship, I forsee very little if any problems with the hacker crowd here. Its always worth checking out. At the very least you have the peace of mind knowing you can venture across the map without being KOS if your in the Green Zones.
