I found a car hidden in a tree in the middle of a forest, far, far from any road. Got in, drove it from one side of the map, aaaaaall the way to the other and had many, many adventures a long the way. It was a great little coupe. Got some great gear from it. I might have named it. I felt like I was 16 again. Moral of the story, if you find a vehicle in perfect condition anywhere outside of the middle of a forest the chances are high that... -

They aren't talking about Robert Redford from Sneakers or Lisbeth from the Dragon Tattoo book series level hacking. They are referring to a bunch of players who are purchasing pre-crafted hacking programs, created by someone else. Come on, everyone knows this. Even me. And I don't play a lot of MMO's. -

Looking for a US/AU/NZ/CA server Day/night no preference, I play both Preferably no name tags or location markers With third person and waypoints, because they're fun I'd like to get some more clan interaction and much less hacker interaction I am the type that plays solo a lot, but counter snipes, mentors noobs, medics, and RPG's Kind of that old man of the woods style Also reports issues server/hackers with fine detail Was waiting on an invite to another clan server and, well, they just haven't gotten around to it. Carebearing and fighting off hackers is getting really old. -
Yeah I am down. Still setting up the files so I can play that map.

That thread lost me at "But it's not easy to get set up." Untrue... with launchers such as Six and Commander. Took me like ten minutes to set up the game initially. Much less time that it would take to read that blog.

Yeah that is good... for the basics. But if you really want to shorten the learning curve, you have to find a ghostly hermit wizardly type to mentor you. We are out there.

Not sure what you are talking about, I find ammo in tents all over the forest. I haven't run out yet. As for the zombies, well, it normally only takes one bullet per head to take them out. You can have my beans. Because I feel that pain. -

Ahh come on now, everyone knows that the ghillie suit drop location is player tents! -
#boomgoesthedynamite Each server is different, so the loading time and character creation is different lengths of time for each one, depending on your connection. First person is also server dependent. Hit the Enter key on your Number pad to switch; some servers only have first person. In Commander there is a string of icons which tell you some of the sever settings. If the little character is not highlighted then there is no third person.

Let me know, but I still think it might be a file issue... though in the past some servers I could not access because Commander was not updated.

Does commander show that all versions are updated? Arma/Commander/DayZ? I don't mess with Six anymore, it has some known bugs.

Sure, after shooting like ten rounds in their head. It's like the airsoft rifle of the game. -
It is difficult for me to know what problems you are having. I am sure you already explained to to everyone in the past. What part are you stuck on? The game won't load? The launcher won't let you into a server? The server game keeps kicking you out? The game loads but all the graphics are messed up? How far into the loading process have you gotten?

I am not much of a mathematics/statistics type but this is interesting nonetheless. However I was a major in economics for awhile in college and if we didn't have the problem with hackers and duping I would be really interested in the economics of the game, supply and demand, and how players place priorities on items vs. rarity. Like, for instance, we know that it is rumored the NVG/M4SD/DMR/Ghillie is probably one of the most used non-hacked load outs in the game. -
