Hey Killer, no its not! more to the point, i had a UK based server first before the one i have now and there is 0 difference.. infact i would say the one i have now is more stable with a ping just as good.. mine was moved due to upgraded vilayer services As you stated your VPS should be UK based.. if thats what you specified when you ordered then your right it should be what you asked for, the host all over the world anyway. Im sure it will be sorted out, maybe saturday night is just not the best time to get it all sorted right away it does not help you i know but shit happens.. i did have better luck checking TS though and like i say lee UK and john US means most of the time someone will be there to help.. hey guys, i have never had a problem with them, reply to my tickets just as fast as any other company. allways answered my questions, i have a few services off them now and never had any problem. have you tried there teamspeak support? vilayer ts ts3.vilayer.com or skype for John and Lee and as your psoting here messaged them directly? cheers

loads of people are using this so called "map Hack" some brazen fuck even came onto our teamspeak server and started telling everyone where all the cars tents and players where, how i do not know but he was 100% spot on on positions... Whats the point seriously, if you dont like the game dont play it, why ruin it for everyone else, fucking does my head in.

all things being well mike does not take very long at all maybe couple of days max mine was all sorted within 24 hours but i got mine on a monday morning to avoid the whole weekend thing... Highly recommended anyway i have had mine a month or so and have had 0 problems and help whenever i have needed it, John and Lee are great guys.. Good luck

All servers have a day night cycle.. you can find a few with the times offset to make later day playing available for everyone they normall say GMT+3 etc in the name.. unfortunately there all day / night or should be!

not sure how true that is... All the spawn places on the maps spawn loot i just think its down to if your lucky and nobody else has been there before you... sometimes you can check 5 buildings and find nothing other times you can check 5 and not have enough room to carry it all!

Apparently 1 week ago, all server owners where threatend with blacklisting for not adhering to the correct formats you mention... just looking at the server list now you can see nothing has been done about it.. even though apparently you were getting your server removed in 24 hours if you didnt do it.. one rule for one and one rule for another..

I just hope something is done and soon... great ideas linked ZdB

Well obviously not everyone does this, but i have introduced around 5/6 people to the game and via our talks and answering there questions, most do this untill they atleast have a gun so they can defend themselves! It is wierd, like you i hope we get some info from the devs! interesting..

IF a zombie apocalypse really did happen.. For one you wouldnt shoot everyone you met on sight as it seems nowdays, due to the fact that when you actually did get the courage / need to go outside and look for food, find news, find help, find others alive, help family, etc you would be SHITTING Bricks on leaving the safety of your basement. seeing another person Alive and Living would give you a euphoria seconded only be the Fear of seeing a Zombie monkey jumping along your driveway next to your house where your family are hiding. Could you really handle it? :)

hello guys, Can anyone help? my son also now wants to play DayZ unfortuntely his laptop is not upto running it.. so he is going to use mine while im not online and with school summer holidays coming up will keep him quiet in the rainy weather that seems to be stuck over blighty.. My question after reading all the posts from search is.. What is the best way to install 2 copys of ARMA2/Combined Ops/DayZ? is it 1 windows login 2 steam accounts? (2copys of A2 COSteam) is it 2 windows logins 2 steam accounts? (2 copys of A2 COSteam) is it 2 windows logins 1 steam account 1 retail Arma2 CO ? or another way? Does anyone know or have experience of getting it to have 2 seperate games / saves / accounts etc? I dont want my lad on my save any longer, there seems to be alot of confusion regarding saves and accounts and i cant find a difinitive answer. Can anyone help or have had same problem? Many thanks

you can buy the steam version from there as well same price... i have the steam one, easy to install get running etc, im sure the other is the same as well just preference really i think.. and make sure you read the installation threads to get it working easy.. and yes combined operations is the one you need to play dayZ

I was just wondering the same thing when i saw the stats come back up..it cant be right surely? the amount of people that die on my server then you see them killing themselves over and over and over to get a better spawn closer to town/city.. people spawning without a weapon? people i know have said now this happens wherever they spawn they just sprint to the closest building Zed's in tow hope theres a gun, if not die rinse repeat.. surely this has the effect of making people survive for shorter times not longer!?! Wierd.

hey guys, no its a not a profile thing.. i want to buy another copy while its on sale for 14.99 i have a steam version on my own admin windows user account i want my son to have his own arma2 combined operations (seperate cd key) i just need to know if 2 windows accounts are needed (i dont really want him on my administrator account) i will make him his own log on to my pc.. If i buy him a retail arma2 combined ops and install it on a seperate windows login (no steam version) will this be alright? i searched and read the other posts already before posting.. thanks for the ideas tho.. they dont really mention what i need info about tho unfortunatley Cheers EDIT: Zanfu did you use 2 steam accounts on 1 windows user account log in? or did you make 2 user accounts for windows?
