    The way I fixed this was. Login in to any server when you get to the Loading screen just before spawn press escape this will bring up the menu. Then hit respawn and make sure you see the You're Dead screen wait about ten mins on this screen then retry (important to wait so the server syncs). You will lose your stuff but you will be back in the game.
