Thats right, so even if you have tent full of 50cal's they will be useless after the patch, and most likely any in your inventory will disappear when you log in.

How much humanity till Hero and Bandit?

From a post i made earlier you start at 2500 humanity, if you go up to 5000 you become a hero, the only way for this to go down again is by killing other heroes or survivors, if you go down down below 5000 you become a survivor again. You will become a bandit when you get to -2000, And become a survivor again when you get up to 0 humanity. When at anything below 2500 your humanity will slowly rise back up until it get back to 2500. (This doesn't work the other way round, you do not slowly lose humanity if you are above 2500.) Dying does not effect humanity at all, its persistent through death. Worth noting that other mods such as DayZ Origins handle humanity different to DayZ. -
:D looks like thats 20 blood transfusions you have to give, or just stay away from people for a while, your humanity will slowly rise by itself. good luck

Doesn't seem strange to me at all, they have signed an agreement to have their product distributed by Steam, no doubt one of the clauses of this agreement is that Steam gets the new releases at the same time that it is made public, For whatever reason the guy who deals with steam is at E3 meaning there will be a delay getting the new patch onto steam and so the public release will have to wait also.

Nope, the as50 and m107 are removed, razor has confirmed this, they are gone.

Theres a little over 1% chance of getting one of those weapons, and theres also a new system in place that makes loot cycling a lot harder, people will still be able to do it but it will take a lot longer than they are used to.

Thats due to a bug with the anti teleport script, this has been addressed in the upcoming patch.

You should ignore the amount of inventory slots shown in the pictures, Rocket has mentioned before that those things are still to be done, for example all the clothing currently has a default 6 slots, thats just temporary. -
There's no reason why private hives can't run the new update. Or am i misunderstanding you? And at OP, no there's no plan to wipe the hive.

ok, second guess, the road just west of black forest, heading from north to south -
Visual and audible clues would be great such as black smoke coming from the exhaust when the oil is old, steam coming from the radiator when the engine is over heating and different engine sounds signifying engine wear.

Agreed engine tuning might be pushing it a bit far, at the very least it should be very difficult to achieve and be very high risk with a chance of ruining the engine. a long term goal, not just a case of ripping an engine out of another vehicle and stuffing it into another on day one. Anyway, dulix11, i went off on a bit of a tangent with modifications, sorry about that, back to basic parts and maintenace. ideas for engine maintenace -Spark plugs, old spark plugs would cause poor fuel consumption, decrease in performance and difficulty in starting the engine. -Fan belt, if it breaks the engine would over heat causing damage to the engine if used. -Radiator, leaky radiator would again cause over heating, you would have to fill with water very often until repaired. -Oil, running on old oil could increase the rate of wear on the engine eventually causing severe damage.
