Mine doesn't even work in the editor, and it IS configured correctly, the default action is apparently enter or mouse3, though neither of them work outside of looking at something that you can pick up/interact with

I played Arma 2 a long time ago and cannot remember anything hardly about the controls, so obviously I did a few bootcamp things but it hasn't solved my problem. As far as I can remember(and from what I have read) you just need to scroll iwth the mouse wheel or press enter to access the action menu, which has things like bandage/first aid, but for me nothing happens, I can use this mouse wheel with different objects, such as to pick up weapons but cannot access it to bandage myself or eat. This results in me bleeding out and dying, so what I am asking is, am I doing something wrong or is something else wrong? Please go easy if it is my fault because I really have tried looking up everything for hours. Thanks.
