    I had the same problem, check your directories under settings and check if the steam folder has a capital letter. If not change this in ALL three directories then update and it should work. It should look like this: c:\program files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead Instead of c:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead
