Hey YOU! This topic is going to be about CBL and the problems it has taken with it. First of, I have never cheated, scripted or anything else that could be the reason for this or any other cbl ban. I even got a prev. cbl ban lifted because it was a faulty ban. We all make mistakes, and the ban got lifted after hours of waiting and communicating with different admins from CBL. A couple of weeks after my brother receives a ban aswell. First i made a ban appeal on CBL with my mail, because my brother more or less gave up after receiving the ban. He couldnt be asked to use all those hours to play a game he should be able to play anyways. My brothers appeal from my mail: https://code.google....adsen@gmail.com Yet again i get a CBL ban. So breaking point community cant undo the ban. So what am i to do now? CBL is left as is, and no one wanna touch it, because maybe there MIGHT be a cheater on CBL - THERE MIGHT BE?!!?!??!?!?!?! ZGraphz: that's just a lot bull. First the only thing u are doing is pointing fingers. Secondly, this is about CBL not braeking point, nor battle eye. It has been concludede several times that cbl made a lot of false positive bans, which is the reason they left the project. Yet a lot of servers still run with cbl ? Just to make it clear, I have never hacked and will never hack in dayz. I'm the only one using my computer, and I haven't downloaded any malware that in ANY way could get my cdkey. I'm not that stupid, okay ? I know saying this won't make it the truth, still this is the only way I can express how I feel mistreated. Thedesigner: Dayz generated more then 300.000 sold units of arma 2 within the two first months of launch.... I don't think I'm the only one who bought arma 2, just to play Dayz. However I have played a lot of insurgency in arma 2 and arma 3, and yes it is fun, but giving up and playing arma 2 instead of Dayz because of a bad piece of software (cbl) is not really an option. Ontopic: To be honest, I don't care if I get unbanned or not anymore. The burden trying to convince people that you havent done anything wrong with out any chance of being heard in ANY case where you are cbl banned is just getting to big. You get banned in this game you clearly have to spend money yet again to play. Hardcore Both in-game and in real life. People just need to know that cbl is shit, and using it is shit. Yes you might keep some hackers out of your server. Hackers who will eventually get a new cdkey and keep doing what they always have done. ,but on the cost of legitimate players. peace out - btw wrote this on my phone so I'm sorry if I misspelled or anything else in that matter.

So still no attention to this problem. Lets just hope they get hacking fix in the stand alone, or else ppl will just get random banned, and left with a digital game worth nothing.

This post was made so people could discus the situation around CBL. I might come of as a hater, but you should try getting caught in a cbl ban, and feel the frustration. I

Why do u think i wrote Arma II? People buy arma II so they can play DayZ - Not the other way around, and your statment doesnt change the fact that to play dayz, i have to buy a new copy of arma II to play. And just because i didnt buy dayz you dont think its worth meantioning a HUGE problem used on most servers using dayz? Atleast all official servers are using CBL - Why use something thats clearly not working correct? But for your sake i changed customer to fans instead.

Hey again, Now i cant join any official servers again, and I think this problem has been around for some time since i havent played on any official servers for some time :). So my only option is to buy are new copy of Arma 2 co and ending up with a useless copy when DayZ SA comes out in the near future? Just because a list everyone knows are shit but still uses? :D Wow....

I tried to join the Midnight crew DayZ and got the following message: No entry 'bin\config.bin/cfgcVehicles/land_A_Tent.scope I looked for the error message on google, and found out that you had to take my add-on folder from my arma 2 folder and copy it into your arma 2 co folder. I did that, and then i tried to join the Midnight crew DayZ and then got this message "You were kicked of the game. (BattleEye: Admin Ban (seen by JM))" I then thought maybe i was banned on the midnight server due to a old CBL database (For some reason i was banned a previous time again for no reason (the ban was lifted, after being looked through by a admin*)) I then tried to join a server in breaking point Server EU 44 And again i got the message I hope this will help solving the problem. So still no feed back on the ban ...... this is getting pretty depressing.

I dont know what has happened :/. I tried joining a official server today, and i cant. Thats all i know :(. I know i never hacked, or used anything that wasent allowed. So theres not much to specify :/ My brother also got this ban - which hasent been resolved either. CBL is 100% wrong in both bans.

When i try joining a game on a SE og DK og even NO server, on most of the servers i get " u have been banned " " Banlisted on dayz community serverlist " "ADMIN BAN" etc. etc. etc. WTF?!?!?!?!?! I dont have a clue on why im banned, and i have never hacked in dayz. I HATE HACKERS! Servers i tried to connect to but refused on: DK 100 SE 6 SE 47 After those three i gave up. Like its not frustrating enough to deal with hackers... now we have to deal with admins who ban without a reason. Atleast i would like to hear why the admin banned me... did i shoot his sister or something? A community banlist shouldnt be possible without the prober proof! My ingame name is CDM I dont know what more u need as for information on me :)

As it seems for now, its most servers im banned from - Also on servers running Lingor maps. 75% Edit: 95% of all servers i try join kicks me stating either deadbeef or that im banned on the CBL :/ How long does it take when banned on the cbl until it shows on cbls homepage under issues? :)

Oh that might be, i dont know anything about CBL, so maybe. Tho im still banned on the server i played on yesterday (where the hacker was) but thats prob. just a server ban .... i can live with that :P. Ty for helping Gogster.

I dont know which server im banned on tbh. When i try joining other servers i just get this message. w91d9cb59 0xdeadbeef I think i know the reason for the ban (tho im not sure). I played on a server some days ago, where a hacker scripted the shit out of the server (multiple cars at balota) After the server restartede because of the massiv scripting (i was playing with my two friends who i live with, and who can confirm im not a cheater) We shot a guy on the same server after the server restart, and he had some okay items (L85A2 AWS and rangefinder) but not items u normally see on a hacker (best bag, best weaps (As50 and m4 sd) And he died quite easily... (normally hackers have godmod or some shit on) We shared the loot, since we played in a group. I got the L85A2 AWS since im the " sniper " in our group, and that was the best weap we had at that time for that job. Since the player we killed didnt seem like a hacker, I ofc. keept the weapon, and my friends keept their loot (if u cant loot ppl u shot in dayz now, without getting banned, whats the point playing the game?) I played 2-3 hours more on that server, and i logged into a couple of other servers yesterday, and played (even killed a bandit in berezino) and i started running to solnichny, i went to the water pool located in solnichny and filled up my 2 bottles, and logged out. Today im banned. Dno if this is whats happende.

Now im banned again... I played last night, on SE 6, with a friend. I updated to 1.7.2.6 today, aswell as the new arma version 96584/96585 - and then i get " you were kicked of the game (battleeye: Admin ban - Seen by JM) This is for more then one server, so I guess this means im on the CBL banlist again... for doing...... nothing :D. cbl lo000ves me. <3.

I agree. CBL is nice (i didnt know about it, before i got banned, and u told me about it) But being on the other end and have to deal with this ban, knowing you havent done anything to deserve it. Thats just bah. Dealing with admins who then just assume you cheat, because you are banned on CBL (or anywhere else for that matter) is frustating. I like playing with scandinaviens, but i cant now :/ Atleast not on many of the servers. Btw, i couldnt find my GUID on CBL, but i made a ban appeal anyways. Im not a dayZ geek, so this ban (if not removed) will just end in me not playing it before stand-alone version arrives :). Or on other Non-cbl servers. Or mb just swap to warZ.. :/

Gogster: So u think that because someone got a server (and paid for it), they can go around and accuse people of hacking, and what not? If u dont think thats abusing your power as an admin, you really shouldnt be a admin :).

This is ridicoulous. So what you are saying is that in your "community" its allowed to ban people without proof of hack or any other illigale actions made?. And then afterwards you dont even have to face the one you have banned? Thats NOT the way of a community, thats the way of a dictatorship. I would like to know why i was banned. Your kick messege doesnt really state that anywhere. Second, saying that i could buy a new game, is just ................._ :D_................... Im not even gonna say anything more to that. Third, im not stupid. I dont read mails from the prince of mumbai with amazing promises of free choppers and then fall for it. Show me the proof, show me a screenshot, a log, ANYTHING that makes this ban legit. Last but not least, i would like to know where u can make a official complaint on this ban, and on the admin in your community, since this is not only on one server, but a majority of the scandinavien servers.
