    Please do something about the zombies movement being so jagged. I find it really takes out the immersion when a zombie is zig-zagging towards you and their animations are seemingly playing at double speed. If zombies could just face their target and follow them smoothly that'd be awesome, and perhaps the animations need to be slowed down slightly.
  3. I think it would be awesome if when a player was typing a message (aka their chatbox is open) then some text like "Typing..." or "Speaking..." would appear above their head in-game. This allows players to realize when other players are speaking or typing. Sometimes you might not recognize that somebody is trying to speak to you and just walk off - or shoot them. Of course this should only happen in Direct Communication. Or perhaps you could have different messages like: Direct Communication: Speaking... Anything Else: Typing...

    I don't think it'll particularly break immersion... if anything it aids in it. It's not like it'd be clunky UI, just a simple one word above their head when they're speaking.

    New GUI

    I agree a new GUI skin is needed for the inventory and menus and such forth to give the game some identity. Custom loading screen would be awesome too. You could say that this should be done last but I think doing so earlier will be advantageous so players can get used to any UI changes sooner rather than later.
  7. Hours and hours of hard work can be all for nothing when just ONE zombie chases you and you have no ammo. It's impossible to escape them unless you kill them and I find this to be a major flaw. There needs to be a way to lose zombies that are chasing you. Currently you can run for as long as you like and they'll just keep chasing you, through water, up ladders, anything. Thank you.

    I thought it was pretty much implied that logging out was equal to sleeping, and logging in was equal to waking up.

    You need to be able to "lose" zombies...

    Also it would be nice if zombie movement wasn't so awkward. When they suddenly switch directions it looks really strange, instead of coming straight at you they might do some wierd path to get to you. Also zombies should re-act better when shot, currently they just freeze and then fall. I don't like these animations at all, sometimes it's difficult to tell if you've even hit the zombie.

    I like the idea of melee weapons, and the idea of running slightly faster than zombies is also good, so you can get an eventual distance between you and it/them.

    I appreciate that there are very awkward ways of losing zombies, but what I'm asking for is either some kind of melee function or for the zombies to give up after a much smaller distance.
