As for the battle loggers a report has been sent with the log and rcon evidence. If it isn't you then fair enough and you should have nothing to be worried about. You are welcome on the server anytime and please be kind to the UAZ. It is really the only vehicle I like to drive! Nice work on the ambush and I apologise about the thermal issue as the last I heard it was still banned. As for the 140 members that play, that is spread out over different servers at different times, not all at once. I hope this clears any confusion you may have with the issues at hand. Also you only got 4 of the guys and there were 7 TOG members on at the time. If we were closer, then who knows what the outcome may have been. Anyway you got the guys fair and square and that is that. No need to stoop to name calling and belittling each other (this means TOG aswell please).

Ok after a little time IT IS FINALLY UP!!! A huge thanks to Lee and especially Johnny for all the help in TS Today. Both stayed up to help me organise the server. Server is running fine now and smooth as hell, Johnny even took the time to run thru the control panel for me so I could have the proper control without breaking anything. Thanks again and a now very happy customer!

I have been on the TS channel 3 times in the last 24 hours. I idled in the channel for 5 hours waiting for Lee who set as online and not away. I left the TS server for 30 minutes and by the time I had come back Lee was away and my ticket and server remain pending. I understand they probably got slammed with new orders but atleast talk to your customers. I must admit Johnny has been talking to me on Skype and doing the best he can, my other issue with that is Lee is online on skype but does not respond to any typed messages. Good thing for the 30 day money back guarantee they have but before I go down that path I will give them a few more hours as I seem to be making progress with Johnny on Skype.

If indeed it is a shortage of hardware is it too difficult to email me and let me know? Or do all your customers get left wondering what is going on?

Nearly 24 hours and counting.

I understand that, I really do but when it says in big letters 'usually within 4-5 hours' it seems a little misleading. I don't understand how within now close to 10 hours since payment the server has not been set up, do I get compensated for the time I can't use something I have paid for?

Its been nearly 8 hours since I paid for my server and it is still pending. I am currently in the TS channel but am unable to raise help due to no one answering. Any ideas on how long it will take to get my server up and running?

I like the fact they were told their reason wasn't strong enough and they blatently dismiss what they are told by a DayZ support staff member and continue on their rant. It is people like you who wreck the game with blatent abuse of powers for everyone else and before you carry on about how you pay for a server blah blah, so do I and I do not act like this when I get killed. Gather yourself, regroup and move on.....

With the new exposure and weather rates causing sickness so easily, I believe they need to up the spawn rate of antibiotics. Its crazy hard to find them, or atleast make them spawn at other places other than the hospitals. It seems all the bandits just hold the hospitals and leaving you no choice but to succomb to illness!

What do you mean by 'SOLVED: install then new equip .rar' Where does one find this?
