    Personally, I'd make it Purchase the game to play but possibly with an option to spend extra money for Cosmetic Only items. I'd totally pay extra to keep my pair of sweet as Aviators! As for Development, I'd go Dev Team. As fun and happy as Community development sounds, I find that the majority of ideas large communities like this have are crap. As for Kickstarter, I'd put some money down to see this get developed!
