The server I play on ( UK1 ) has bunkers that you can deploy by using sandbags. Once you die you respawn at your bunker. Other players can remove your bunkers with a entrenchment tool. you can find the server by filtering dayzmad

What is the constructive to be said about any of this? How is it even possible for the server not be displayed on the list? I see nothing constructive said by any of you 2k guys, just whining. -

Battleye is enabled on the server. Just because its private does not mean they tolerate hackers. -

1.The admins base is created in a mission ediitor outside of the game and uploaded to the host server.. so yes they created the base. They have also created many OTHER bases for ALL players to find and use though out the entire map.. so im not exactly sure what the problem is? 2.Why would they rollback when loosing items?? They could just spawn anything in the entire game in at any point by your logic as they ABUSE ADMIN powerz... so again, huh? 3.They stated over and over that the ONLY way to get into the admin base is by chopper or hacking/glitching.. so yes if you got into the admin base without a chopper you MUST have HACKED or GLITCHED.. so yes you would be banned.. 4.and finally no.. you were banned for hacking/glictching and generally being annoying tards on the server... to me sounds perfectly valid reason. Sounds to me that no.. excession isnt being defensive, he just thought you werent worth the energy.. which is kinda the view im getting.. all of this shit over a fking video game is kinda funny. -

This was a great thread to read many thanks to all the butthurt kids in a little emo brigade. I enjoyed it! So basically to sum up this entire thread.. Waaaa! We joined a server we noticed had dem helichopterz, we infiltratedz dat serverz forumz super secret like secret agents.. so we could pretned to get friendly with dem adminz and learn all their secrets. Tehn we could haz steal their chopperz by glitchin the base !ADMIN ABUSE!THAT I MAY ADD THEY USED HACKZ TO SPAWN IN OBJEKTZ TO CREATE ! ADMIN ABUSE! But we got found out. (emo tears) so we can haz get this server black listed because the admin are ABUSING their ADMIN powerz... TLDR: We got baited by choppers.. we failed.. heres the thread. Private hive server is private, says on the server ticker even BEFORE you enter the server.. no need to get it blacklisted because most normal people use their eyes ans read the server type before.. you know.. joining the server. I agree with Excession.. its not admin abuse, its Admin RIGHTS ;) I offer you this advice the 2k kids, if you want to fly choppers you can go into the mission editor and spawn them in and fly around chernaurus pretending you got them yourself!!!!1 Maybe your buddies can make zombie noises on teamspeak when you do it , so its more like DayZ. -

Great Idea tbh.. Those barrels are great.. and need to be implemented for use instead of static objects. Rocket maybe if you could make one using.. I dont know.. 10-20 empty cans and a full jerry can, would be great. Maybe even having to refuel it every few hours.

Using a bow and arrow IRL takes allot of practice to be good at hitting anything further than 30 feet away.. would look kinda dumb seeing a bunch of people running around with bows tbh.. Crossbows are included because pretty much ANYONE can pick one up and be fairly good with it.

Melee Weapon Replaces Pistol

I searched for melee replacing pistol, nothing came up. I dont have time to search through pages of posts, you did though ;) -
As title says really, Im thrilled to have melee weapons included into the game. I know they are to be tested and values changed etc.. But I think that they should be a replacement for the pistol rather than a primary. 10 inventory slots seems a little excessive.. and lets face it who would swap a primary out for a crowbar? I guess starting fresh characters having it as the primary makes sense as you dont find a primary weapon to fast. How about making another slot just for melee, although this is in the actual arma engine I know. Anyways just my 2 cents

I had a few issues getting the game to work even though I followed the linked installation video. If you get kicked from servers when connecting its either a BattlEye intialsation error.. in which case you download the newest BattlEye DLL from their website and put it in the folder they tell you to on the download page. Or you may get the 'Unable to play mission due to missing/deleted file.chenarus' error in which case you need to copy you contents of addons folder from your Arma2 directory into you addons folder of your Operation arrowhead directory.
