Yesterday a building appeared in the middle of sniper hill near electro. We run the latest filters from the CBL, we have BE, BEC and Dayz Anti Hack. I spend more time banning teleporters that get through as well. How the HELL do I get rid of a building??? I have restarted the server twice and its still there. Think I am joking? Take a look.

Is there anyway to configure AH to kick or ban players from the setpos.log since BE or BEC doesn't seem able to do it.

why? so you can recover you hacked weapons? Nothing gives me more pleasure than hiding the bodies of snipers with hacked weapons and raiding tents and saving them with a can of sardines.

Exactly. Try paying $35 bucks for the PRIVLEGE of lisenting to whiny shits like slippery jim, while pouring over server logs trying to do BE's job for them so just maybe you can provide a hacker free environment.

Kicked about 95% of my server tonight, as well as another server I was on a few hours later.... Everyone got kicked for BE script restrction #20. How can I combat this crap. Night after night its hacker, teleporter and stuff like this. I have the lastes CBL, BE, BEC, and Dayz Anti Hack. I really dont know what else to do.

Ok if you can play on other servers that is NOT a community ban. That is only a server ban.

Hey I am just going by whats on their own page... DayZ Community Banlist this page was last updated on 2012-09-03 banlist is currently not being updated due to serious illness of a team member :( The last file i see updated is dwbans.txt ban list which is not the same.

Its a script. Definite hackage. Ban em all. I have no pity anymore for anyone i even THINK is hacking. I spend way too much time looking at logs instead of playing.

If its your server just restart it two or 3 times. I will put a ammo clip or something in it, save it twice. Restart. If its there I swap the item and save and restart. If the new item is there you are good. If not repeat until it works. I feel sorry for the bastages that dont have control over their tent items. All tents and items in them are hive dependent.

If you are talking about new tents then it seems to take 1 or 2 server resets for the tents to save properly for me. Not sure why but at least its better than before this last patch.

I am not far behind you. Considering swapping to a private hive to help with the cheating issues. I spent more time trying to stop hackers than playing the game.

I mean use DART on 2 different computers and the player list is different for each one. Is there a way to grab a centralized playerlist that shows the players no matter where you log in from? yep. Awesome tool for the most part, but I have some issues with it. 1. Ban list takes FOREVER to load and/or search. Is this just me or the tool? 2. Ban list doenst update unless you disconnect and reconnect. 3. Ban list doesnt seem to correct recently. I have 1881 bans on my list yet DART is only showing 134?? I will close and reconnect and it shows 633 or some other number. Very strange. 4. Is there a way to track players on 2 or more different machines? 5. Player list doenst seem to update until you disconnect or relogin and some players just dont show up on the list.

I feel your pain Omaran, what little info out there about logs is hard to find. Its taken me about 3 weeks to really get a handle on what the logs are telling me. 1. Go to the link that Diakoona provided and install all the bans on the community ban file as well as dwbans.txt. The community ban file hasnt been updated this month at all so I am not sure how up to date it is. 2. Install the newest filters for all the log files as well. Make sure you use the raw format to copy and paste otherwise you will get errors. 3. Look at your logs every time you get a chance. When my server is crowded I keep em open. Anything that shows up in the setpos.log file is a teleport, however that being said sometimes its a hacker teleporting another player to kill them so I dont ban anyone with less than 3 or 4 teleport entries. However its your server so do as you like here. 4. 99% of anything in the remoteexec.log file is a hack. Ban em Somethings are more obvious than others and you will get familiar with what is what after looking at them a million times. 5. Scripts.log is the trickest one. Lots of stuff that shows up here isnt hacking but some of it is. Its like a needle in a haystack. Some people will say its hacking while others say no its not. All i can say is that if it looks fishy I ban em.
