    ArmA X owners!!! checklist: 0. !dont use sixupdater atm.! 1. Clean Arma2 X installation 2. update to ArmA2 CO 1.60 official (707MB) 3. update to Arma2 93965 beta 4. Install DayZ 1.7.1.5 alpha (14 files go here -> .../Arma2/@DayZ/Addons) 5. start Arma2oa with the beta shortcut 6. check "beta" and "@DayZ" ingame 7. play on servers saying DayZ 1.7.1.5 and beta 93965 This all worked for me.

    what ? They said it can be fixed within 30 seconds on server side with a hive hotfix. Dont misinform people It was said' date=' that Arma X owners can´t be helped atm! These Arma X owners get the IDxx or somewhat. BUT! this are not normal ID´s i meant. It was stated here, so please don´t say I disinformed anyone. THX for reading this thread soo careful ... sorry for this sarcasm!

    Strange issue. Are you sure, that you are not on a funserver, using an unoffivial hive? I still have my char. How do you see that it is a different char?

    @Ladas325 No, read this thread correct and if you have ArmA X installed, you´ll find a solution. @Roboserg What i wrote there, is a must have for being able to play DayZ. You have CO?! So everything is fine. CO is the important thing! I spawned with only one character and itís still there located, where i quitted. ... and now please calm down guys, i think they work on it and we are still in alpha stage.

    I bought ArmA X and ArmA X is working! Nothing left to say about that. I only tried to help and you´re indeed not very patient mate.

    @Domee It´s not helping, because you have no ArmA2 X. You could have point that out earlier. My checklist is only for Arma2 X users. For your combination i have no workaround, sorry mate :(

    Ah ok, to be sure i´ve read about it at amazon.com, but no word with OA .. ok, maybe I got it wrong ;) Then SIR are you in the club! ;) Aunt Edit says: I´ve read now twice at amazon. OA seems not to be part of it.

    You need Arma2/ free + Arma2 operation arrowhead = Arma2 combined operations. Otherwise DayZ wont work for you.

    PK Richie, we ARE in this thread you linked! ;) And Arma2 X "is" working, but not with beta patch 94103 and 94209!

    The ID fix is only working for the NON-ArmA2 X versions and he said that in his post. I can help you later maybe with teamviewer and in teamspeak, when I´m home. If you have that time to wait, deinstall your Arma2X, reboot, install again and do nothing, till I´m at home ;) !!! OH! There is something I have to ask for. Did you install the Arma2 official patch 1.60 before? (about 700 MB) ... and again, don´t use the six updater, to be sure YOU do all manually and not the updater atm.

    Its not the Six Launcher, its the latest beta. Delete the beta, grab the 93965 manualy and install. You have to play on 93965 patched server, not on 103 or 209! Do not use the sixupdater now, because he allways Dls the latest versions.

    What is your exact server message and what is your player ID? What Arma2 version(s) are you using?

    Roll your beta back to 93965, it will work with these patched servers. I tried it last night.

    Yes I got that and rolled back to 93965. Is it an Arma2 beta patch issue or DayZ?
