I am General Maximus and I approve this message :D . I am very active within the admin duties constantly looking at logs and taking questions/concerns from players within our servers. The server is based out of DALLAS, TX and has proven to be very reliable thus far. The server settings are Veteran with 3rd person on, Crosshairs, and death messages. We hope to create a Dayz experience like non other will all the events, public transit and trading posts! Clan leaders and lone wolves please do contact either myself or Josh so that we can get you set up and LOVING this new server. Thanks for your time guys and HAPPY HUNTING!!! Ps. I do apologize for the inconvenience. We experienced a hacker attack last night and immediately shut the server down to gather logs. Upon restart we noticed there were inconsistencies with the loading of camps/vehicles and have been working with the server rep to work this out. I hope that we have now solved the problem and the server will run smoothly. Again sorry for any inconvenience and I hope that you do not experience any data loss.

No need for thanks. If anything I should be thanking you guys. It's players like you that makes running a server worth it. As far as vehicles we have been having a couple hicups with tents/vehicles not loading in where they should be. However I have always been able to fix these problems QUICKLY and since the new patch we have not experienced any loss of equipment/vehicles.I hope that your issue was an isolated event and if it wasn't please do let me know so that I can make a note of it to the server rep.Thanks for your patience guys and I hope to see you again in US 3040.

One of us had a radio? Ok Stephen please just stop. Now you're just embarrassing yourself. Please go bother another server that will take the likes of you in. We will not have players like you ruining the experience for other players in our server. Your friend Chris has already been back to the server and playing. I suggest you do the same somewhere else. The conversation between you and I has ended.

Please let me know if Xcelsior has any issue getting in. I had an admin update for the server and no longer see his GUID in ban list. As far as your vehicle is concerned I can no longer make promises as we saw another group come in and fix it up. We will keep an eye out for a spare vehicle for you though. We are all heroes, however in recent time we have been leaning towards a more shoot on sight approach as we have been killed to many times for trying to help :( . Stephen I must agree with AADiC. We are trying to keep our server as hack free as possible. This means that even players continuously using hacked weapons when they know they shouldn't will get them a ban on our server as stated in the server MOTD. I have told Chris his ban would be removed and have sent him a message on exactly how to go about doing it since I need him to try joining again to access his GUID ID with ease. As for Stephen, I never said that yours would be removed. I would like to make it clear that I will NOT be removing your ban for the reasons stated in my earlier post. Your attitude regarding the hacked weapon is a clear indicator that you are willing to continue using hacked weapons/items because you feel you are entitled to do so since someone left them there. This is exactly the thing we are trying to avoid with the players that join our server. We have no idea where your camp is and have even less interest in clearing it out.

LOl yeah it probably would have been better that you tried to take the helicopter. We ran into a player using an auto-aim bot and he shot us down. Heli is gone =( but we are not the type to pull a server reset on something like that. It's DayZ. You win some you lose some. Hope to see you guys back soon!

I believe Chris you were banned by association and for that I do apologies and will immediately remove your ban. Losing the chopper was not a big deal, its Dayz, that stuff happens and we are not afraid of putting in the time to get another. The issue is that your friend Stephen was seen in Direct chat stating that he was going to use an "Auto wheel Fix" for a vehicle he was interacting with. He was also seen discussing his use of "Ghosting" so that he could avoid harm. The final straw for him was that we went back to the location of the bus shootout and looking back to how he killed us, its impossible for him to do what he did without assistance. In fact the two of us who jumped out of the truck where still hidden behind the trees when we miraculously got shot. However we are still in the process of looking through the logs for evidence of the third ordeal. Though we still believe his first two actions are still worth a temp ban and I would be glad to update you once/if we do find such evidence. We did not show any abuse of admin power when we were shot down like I said it's Dayz things happen and I know there are other admins who would have the server reset button standing by in such an event. We are only trying to keep our server as hacker free as possible even if it is a futile process. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions or concerns.

Hey bud don't sweat it, with all the rampant hacking we are just trying to make sure our server stays clean and remain an enjoyable experience for all who join. I will post in server message for a way to get a hold of admin as well for future reference. As for you my friend I will remove ban and I hope you still can enjoy us 3040 as a home server. Hey man we are in the same boat. Just got our server as well from vilayer. Waiting on ticket response from company. I'll let you what I find out.
