I want to kill a zombie with a meele weapon(Wrench). But i dont get any feedback or sounds when i should hit him. At the end the zombie is dead also nearly am i. Am i doing something wrong? Are there no sounds for hitting? Is this just buggy? Do i join a server with a slow cpu server(I had a Ping of 20)?

Hi, i think that the design of the stairs at these Builds are fail. if you go upstairs a camper can be in a 180° radius and shoot you in your neck or from the side or front. If there would be a wall in stead of the rails it would be much more balanced. Right now its almost a operation metro escalator situation in bf3. I know granades are out. But i cant throw one in this building to get rid of the campers, each time i enter it. What do you think?

How do i know that there is someone? If the doors are closed and loot is still there. If i go upstairs to take a look. i have the 180° situation. In hardcore mode and i think 30% of the military loot on the map spawns in that damn building. -

it was hardcore, but its still the same problem. sure i stay out of the building and wait. And he starves to death? Or wait. Maybe he just logs out. And the other stuff you write is nonsence too. You cant defend in barracks easy vs many attackers and they are not designed for it. -

You forget the advanced stuff like cars or like picking something up or exit a building without being teleported back. I think they spend about 2,5 years for something that can do less than the orginal with nearly the same graphics. And from that perpective they done a great job! -
i use in close quarter mosin over the sawn-off shotgun. The shotgun does not enough damage, and i think that the shotgun should spawn more frequently. its a gun with many negativ effencs, but i find a blaze faster and it can kill at 300 meter

Yeah i am also a programmer... they didn't develop the original arma 2 engine either Object Oriented or Multi threading.... Thats the reason of a lot the problems... Please tell me you understand the reason for this cause i don't -

No, but there will be cars... and a rpg is also good vs buildings. There are many diverent warheads to blow any kind of shit up. Anti personal also.

I think that some heavy weapons should be in game. Anything explosive like Molotove, improvised bomb or a granade is needed. I mean is someone in a room without windows with a m4 you cant kill him right now. RPG, 40mm Granades fit in game to kill player in building and attack building. But should be rar military stuff. Light maschineguns are also ok, cause they are not more deadly than a sniper. Selfmade Flamethrower would be nice. Traps, Mines Trip wirebombs.... would just be annoying. Campers would become more and more powerfull. What i wouldnt like to see in dayz are mortars, granade maschineguns like ags30 or mk19 and recoilless rifles. I used am in wasteland mod and i think they would not fit in.

I joined now a server. No crushes but the zombies were invisible, and no loot at all.I really mean NO loot. No loot in any civilian building in balota with closed doors. -

there are 3 options: 1. turn development down, take the money and make a onetime 20 million. Ruin the company cause no one will ever buy from them again. 2. finish dayz s, develop xbox and so on. make dayz 2,3,4,5,6,7.... and earn much more than 20 million. 3. sell the company. make a one time plus of more than 20 million. why should they do option 1? -
I need: supersoaker fillable with acid, parfume(message: You smell something romantic message to everyone if you near someone) or stuff that attracks zombies(like in left4dead). a alarm clock (i set it to 2 mins,place it some where and it attracts zombies) flamethrower(selfbuild and one military) Blowpipe shoots sharp nails(i build one my one as i was small ;D) a fucking Tranquillizer gun(fillable with poision, blood or tranquillizer) its time for a safari! Poison and anidote ice hockey and football armor tazer granades timed bombs molotovcoktails riflegranades rpg maschineguns spear crossbow bow flashbangs crossbow pistol chainsaw weed eater to trim hair! different bullet types like anti armor... a simple 6 shooting revolver just a crappy gun, easy to find. winchester singleshot shotgun combat shotgun flechett ammo for shotguns. a stationary, but slowly moveable M2 to attack cars later. swords, morningstar and shields(in the castles) chains to use a a weapon whip (a meele weapon with some range ;D)

I want missions like in the mode wasteland. That there is a radio message from time to time. So if you have a walkie talkie you can hear it. For example: "I a am sitting in a abulancecar and getting attacked by zombies.... i am near zelenogorsk:" Then you go there any try to help the dude. There are 20 - 40 zombies so you need firepower to take em out. Get a reward like medical equitment in the car, Or you can camp and wait for other players that want to help him and kill em. I think that such missions would be really enhance the dayz gameplay. The radio broadcasts should be server wide.

Maybe the word missions is the think that bothers you, think more about events. Its pretty much the same like the crashsites in the mod but with a radio broadcast. And it doesnt need npcs cause the dude can be dead if you reach the abulance car.
