You come and script on our server we'll post your IP, we'll also contact your ISP and post an abuse report. You get no protection when you come and cheat on our server don't like it don't cheat on it. And to the muppets above trying to defend the rights of these cheating scumbags, your part of the problem. -

Yes I do :) we run a few dayz servers but Namalsk is our most popular and I'm getting sick and tired of these forced updates that are not called for but decided by a few so called devs that do nothing for the mod but split an already fragmented community even further.I also use your toolz for catching script kiddies on Namalsk! nice job :thumbsup: -

who really cares tbh, dayzmod is dead the devs made sure of that with there forced updates for 300 out of 1.5mil players. I really wish Rocket had of locked development of the mod at 1.7.3 and not let the current so called community devs destroy what was once a great mod. All their doing is splitting an already split community further by forcing these bullshit and unwanted updates. Just fix the bugs and leave the mod alone ffs. -
Thoughts on the M107 / AS50

They should stay. However I think the KSVK should be a lot more common than both M107 & AS50 as should the other russian sniper rifles and the american,british made far more rarer. But to a good sniper it doesnt matter which rifle he uses they are all deadly and one shot kills. I've used all the sniper rifles in the game and can one shot with any of them, I can also one shot with any assault rifle including the sd variants. Stop aiming for the body and go for head shots they are one shot kills no matter what weapon you have. -
First off why would civilians need ranks????? this is not the bloody army. It's a mod of a military simulator yeah but thats it, if you want to play with ranks and leveling then go play one of the multitude of games with that crap in it. Don't like permadeath then off you go and play bf or cod, they'll reward you for farting with loadsa shiney stuff and pointless numbers.

This is wrong! We have private hives because we don't agree with the direction the mod has taken since Rocket left.The community dev's have totally changed the original game taking out and adding in anything that they see fit(and they'll tell you it was a community vote! 300 or so forum whiners deciding for 1.5mil players! the majority of which dont ever come near here). We also prefer to have control of our own database and server that we can administer. Script kiddies are a minor inconvience at best and easily dealth with! -
Or come to our server where it is still available and always will be!

No both Dayz+ and 2017 are just dayz with less guns and more rubbish. Not interested in either or any that doesnt follow the original game idea by Rocket with ALL features he put in i.e ALL guns including sniper rifles, loot tables left the way he set them. There's plenty of games with different diffuculty levels if thats what you want. Dayz Mod dident need them and neither does the SA. -

Try to be different, we run a Hardcore Namalsk server with EVR and BS enabled and 35-40 vehicles(check out the listings theres hardly any HC servers), no restrictions such as weapons removed or crap like that. It's taken a while and a lot of hard work but we now get 30+ players. You will get a lot of script kiddies with those numbers on your server but we've dealt with them by having regular db backups to restore when the little shits come on and kill everybody. 5mins later everybody is alive with all their gear and one more script kiddie banned. I would say start by reducing your vehicle numbers, and don't give any starting gear other than bandage, painkillers and torch and see how it goes. -

Aye it is in, only person I've seen with one on our server was a skiddie who got himself banned pretty quickly. It's rare as rocking horse shit so it the ammo for it though. I found one on v0.60 in the bunker at A2 but not found a single one since and only found two er7 clips. -

1/2 hourly db backups so even if skiddies come on we can reverse anything they do. If you want everything namalsk can throw at you plus some EPIC PvP battles then iOCG is the place for you. cya there! -

Dude get over it, that is DayZ don't like it leave and play something more suited to you. I'd have tried to kill you too, only I'd have waited till you were vulernable and couldent fight back like on a ladder. Its simple you could have gear I want and in this case you had a gun he had a hatchet. A few swipes and if he knew what he was doing you would have been dead, but you got lucky and got a n00b. Move on and next time shoot first ask questions later! It's the DayZ way and always will be! -

Hours? dude it takes me minutes sometimes seconds to find them. It's not hard at all finding them. Your making it out to be much worse than it is. And LOL at bf3 you think there isent hacks for it even after they relased updates to fight the hackers, dream on.So much anger in this one; maybe you should give the old server admining a break before it breaks you dude. Just a tought! -

I too spend a fair amount of time going through the logs myself for skiddies. Thing is it don't matter what game you play you complain about BE but tbh the alternatives are not much better. It always comes down to anti-cheat plus good admins to keep a server running smoothly.I was also a cs,cs:s, bf2 and tf2 server owner/admin and in each of those games I had to deal with various hackers,scripters, griefers whatever you want to call them, they all got around the anti-cheat at the time and still do. It's become part of owning/admining your own server and yes we don't get paid but tbh I get a lot of enjoyment out of playing DayZ and the others and I'll be fucked if I'll let some spotty little skiddie annoy me rather I'll find him from the logs and ban him from our servers permantly. -

To all the nay sayers, we tried the DayZ way and not publish these ass wipes and look what happened it nearly brought the mod to it's knees. Private HIves can and will manage the servers themselfs and keep these scripting retards out by any means necessary. If that does not appeal to you then don't play on private hives. Most admins don't ban players unless there is evidence to back it up. -

have to say not a fan of giving any gear when starting, a bandage, torch and packet of painkillers is more than enough. You give high end gear to new spawns and you wipe out one of the most important parts of the game hunting for gear! give them nothing and let them find it, don't rip out one of the fundamental parts of the game to please a few spoilt kids that want everything NOW! UPDATE: just seen your post above. Nice Choice :thumbsup: -
This is not true, we've had the gauss enabled since 0.60 came out and our server is not full of gauss guns. There's none I know cause I check the db all the time to examine player inventories when I'm checking for script kiddies.

He's not right!And why are you still whining about features that you as a server admin can disable???? Troll much? I'm an old player and I love the new additions to Namalsk, it's the only Dayz map I play now as the rest are just too damn easy and boring. Zombies are a bloody joke and no threat at all. At least blood suckers present a challenge unlike patheic zombies. Add in the EVR and now pvp encounters take on a whole new meaning. Personally I love it and look forward to more updates great work Sumrak. p.s Sumrak don't thinkt the gauss is spawning on 0.73. I've yet to see one or anybody from our community and I regularly be in the bunker at A2 where it used to spawn on 0.60
