OP if you can't find a sniper rifle your doing it wrong. First gun I ever found in DayZ was a CZ550, since then I've had every sniper rifle in the game and currently have an AS50 which I've had now for over two months. I've passed on so many sniper rifles now I could have had a store full of them had I kept them.

Dont use six launcher is a resource hogging piece of crap. Your far better off with the Arma launcher or Steam if you have it on Steam.

Yup best to drop it, cause tbh if you came on our server with a hacked in weapon you'd be banned on the spot as we have no way of knowing there and then whether you spawned it in or not.

We've got an Expert server with a low pop and we still get hackers, we've been nuked, had helis spawned in, various weapons not in game etc. I havent played for nearly a week cause of them.

To answer your question, the point of the mod is currently to test new features which the devs have allowed us the public to take part in. Just be grateful your even playing the mod at this stage or GTFO and wait till the standalone is out.

Server hoppers, alt-f4 and hackers yes they need sorting and are being sorted. M107 and AS50 are perfectly fine. deal with it! or play a game with no M107 and AS50's

Aim for the head op 1 shot 1 kill it's that simple no matter what sniper rifle you use B)

And don't forget the two n00bs that steal it and then crash and die cause they ran out of fuel :blush:

the huey needs to be 100% repiared including all the glass windows or it leaks fuel.

Zil is another one I got the other nite, the cheating scumbag was server hopping and dcing all over the place till he tried to steal one of our vehicles and I opened up on him with my L85 and he still tried to alt-f4 but was too late for the fucker he was dead. Well then there's your problem 200 Feet off the ground. You do realise the AS50 has an effective range of 1.2km? and helo's are not tanks they are easy to take out with any 50.cal just takes longer with M107 rounds. Op and his team got owned flying low looking for n00bs to kill in electro. Can't say I feel sorry for you infact you got what you deserved. :thumbsup:
