Making the game more fluid should be rocket's top priority. Every character in the game moves like a disabled old man with Parkinson's. The jump vault doesn't work sometimes unless you press the button repeatedly, switching weapons doesn't work and when you switch weapons while running and want to stop moving in the middle of it, you can't because it's an ongoing animation. Also, ragdolls instead of death animations.

Lol stop bitching you guys, this kind of shit will improve over time. People like this are what make the game exciting. Just today, my friends and I had an encounter with this Mosin sniper who we presumed was on top of the buildings of Novaselky (spelling). We had to circle around the entire hills north-west of the Balota airfield and search each building. We didn't find him, but the entire situation was intense as fuck. Sure, this guy's a dick for doing this kind of stuff, but who cares. :thumbsup: for being Argentinian/Uruguayan btw, cuz I'm Uruguayan.

They also sell it on Steam, which I heard has a 70/30 profit split deal, but don't quote me on that. With the 70/30 split, that would mean $9,646,031. That's still a lot of money, though, and I hope they put it towards growing their development team. Merry Christmas, everybody.

I've seen Rocket's new Devblog for March 8, and the motorcycle helmet bit kind of inspired me. I think we should put in some sort of helmet that can deflect/block small caliber rounds. The idea is for the bullet not to go through, but for the impact to maybe do 1k blood damage so it's not like some God helmet. It also should have durability, for example, 2 shots would cause it to break. There would also be a 10% chance of your character getting knocked out, and maybe a concussion (if implemented into the medical system) Also, your character's vision should be at least a little bit blurry, since he just experienced a shot to the head. EDIT: Another idea would be to make some sort of makeshift helmet made out of some sort of metal that could provide the same effect since it is in fact a zombie apocalypse. ANOTHER EDIT: Also, to make it more balanced, make it so your sprinting speed is slower. You are in a helmet, which should lower your breathing capacity. Also, make your overall vision limited. For example, since it most likely has a visor, make it so the edges of your screen are cut off and you can only see through the visor. Also, make the visor a weak point if you could.

Personally, I think Chernarus is a really fun, and well made map. I'm also a huge fan of all the custom maps such as Taviana and Lingor. What I would really like to see maybe as a mod for DayZMod or as a full fledged map for Standalone, is a kind of American metropolis map. Take New York for example. It'd be awesome to find thousands upon thousands of zombies on the street, and maybe going through rooftops and such. Kind of like in the 1st season of The Walking Dead when they're in Atlanta.

Guys, the whole idea of the helmet is to reflect small arms fire. There's no way it can stop an M16 round or an AS50 shot. If materials like that existed, it would first be implemented into body armor. Anyways, that's besides the point. I'm just saying a helmet would be a good idea.

It's pretty useful. Press 5 then press one of the little messages that pop up. It's pretty entertaining. You can say things like "I've been hit!" and then hear the satisfying click after the radio message.

The video speaks for itself. I encounter a group of 3 in the {iB} clan and knock out/kill all 3 of them but 2 disconnect and am left with 1 body. This ALT + F4ing situation needs to be fixed immediately. Multiple situations similar to this have occurred.
