If you guys need a server to play on, check ours out ^^ least you don't need to worry about getting coast snipped badly.

For our server, we couldn't find any that removed all the OP stuff so we decided to get our own until the Standalone comes out ^^ We figure there's many ppl out there that are pissed off from AS50/M107/DMR kills from the coast so we simply replace with long range assaults and figure theres a base of ppl out there that would like this, just opened it yesterday and we got a max of about 19-20 so far, not too shabby.

For us, we have like 6 admins that use the tool. The only Admins we give access to see all those things are ones that do not play DayZ (usually our BF3 admins) we show them how to use the tool, etc. Thus we don't have to worry, because we know even if your an honest admin, once you see a campsite, it cannot be unseen, you'll always know its there, you'll know to stay away from that area or so hang around to kill/steal. It's a super powerful tool, and if all your admins tend to play on the server, it's always going to be at the back of your mind if one is abusing it, I see many servers where we played and we were like... How the hell? We saw one where we killed the admin, then we died not far away wondering how did they get to the spot so quicky, which is simple, long as you know the x/y you can teleport with admin tool. This is why we decided to get our own server until Standalone, and remove the OP stuff because thats what most hackers spawn in, so it's an easy catch with that alone.

Have you tried setting things to low and stuff? I know with your computer you don't want to but mines a i7 2600k 580 GTX and I still play on low just to get good frames ^^ One thing about the ArmA series is that its been able to push peoples computers.

This is why you should try our server lol The admin tool is so powerful you can see every little detail and at full ease, just like looking at DayZDB only you click on the player/tent/vehicle and you can change any item, or anything about it, so it's hard to trust many servers cause theres always 1 admin that abuses it, this is why our server no admin has access to this part of the tool unless they don't play DayZ (usually one of our BF3 players) because once you see someones camp site, i don't care how honest you are you cannot unsee it.

Gonna try working on getting the VSS in since it seems like its only effect to like 300-400 or somethin but its round aren't too strong, maybe with the 10 round clip rather then the 20 round.

I tried doing that to a group, it didn't work out well, the one guy hopped out the back then shot me out of the vehicle with an AS50 lol
