Hey guys im kinda new to dayz and im not sure how to drink eat and heal because I thought when you press f it would change to drinks and bandages etc but it only gos to flare. Hope you can help thanks!

Hey guys I thought I saw a topic on this once but I couldnt find it. I joined a couple of dayz servers and I got to the receiving screen and then it went to a loading screen and I will wait for a long time and nothing will happen it still just says loading! Hope you can help thanks!
