Wouldn't work. Every file used while in game has it's own .bisign files that is an generated hash that goes along with each version of the file in question. You cannot modify a file and hope to get past Battleye, as it checks the hashes for these files. Even if you did replace the Chernarus ones with the Lingor ones, there couldn't be a difference and if there wasn't a difference, then there is no point.

Camo is a part of the British Armed Forces DLC. That's why it is still blurry. I've purchased both and don't regret it. With the PMC pack, the survivor skins will be less blurry and some of the guns will be higher resolution.
