So after watching videos of OshiSeven, Sacriel, and Squirrel playing DayZ together as a squad, I'd really like to join or create one similar to them. I've looked on many forums, but they just don't have what I'm looking for, most of them are clans who only care about the best loot and vehicles. So if you know those Youtubers, you would know that they play maturely, tactically, and generally have a good time whatever the situation.
