    This has happened to me before i was to scared to kill my self so i looted all my ammo and ran away and hoped i would die if someone killed the 2nd me

    This happens to me , i got a sapphire amd radeon hd 6870 i cant find a fix for it , it only started to happen to me after the last patch.
