    Thanks for the help guys. Luckily I logged on and I was right next to his dead body, managed to get the NVGs, AS50, and Rangefinder. Unfortunately didn't have the room for his M4A1 SD but it is fine.

    Sorry I am new to the forum. A friend of mine and me were in a server and when he joined. In chat it gave a death message for his character, but he never died, never was even in the server. He only got this death message upon entering the server, was never even given the option to choose his gender for a new character, it just popped him on the beach and when he looked in his inventory he had zero items, none of the ones he had before his "death" and not even the basic starting ones. He also still has his debug counter from his past character that supposedly "died"(i.e. zombie count, food meter, blood, all the same from before). Can he expect to get his stuff back? He has tried connecting to different servers and the same thing, he spawns on the coast with zero things in his inventory. Please help :( He had an AS50, NVGs, GPS, M4A1 SD, the works. I hope it isn't all gone :(
