    DayZ Mod 1.7.7.1 Hotfix

    Roadblocks and trash still fail to spawn quickly enough for me and my group. This is dangerous for us because they randomly "pop" into the world and can result in car wrecks and wasted time and effort / parts.
  6. Hello to all server owners. If you are running DayZMod 1.7.7 patch please tell me if you are experiencing this problem. It appears that after a server has been running for x amount of time players will start to spawn in the debug plains. All players that connect will spawn at the same area as everyone else in the debug plains, resulting in lots of deaths. I have had this problem 3 times on my server, and I have also received reports of this happening across multiple servers. For the time being, I have set my server to auto-restart every 35 minutes to prevent it from happening, as it was the only thing I could think of to do to help stop it.
  7. Everyone update your mission files, and make sure you are running the 1.7.7.1 hotfix, this problem will not happen at that point. And make sure to DISABLE anti-TP when generating your mission file.   8. This seems to be a scripter running a failed script. It causes many players to be kicked off of the server, because the scripter is attempting to teleport players to a spot where they can, presumably, kill each other. Fortunately, the kick prevents this. I suggest you look in the RemoteExec and PublicVariable logs for any exploits. If you have any further questions, PM me.

  10. You are using Gotcha Anti-Hack which is not very effective, it's just an RCON tool, and on public hive (without DB access) it is nowhere nearly as effective.

    I am not sure if that will help, no players who spawn in at debug get any ATP logs.

Hello, I have been having this problem since the update, it is like the old problem that got patched a long time ago, vehicles do not respawn back to their designated spawn points after being destroyed. The gear contents remain in the vehicle even after it is destroyed, and the vehicle respawns back where you destroyed it after a server restart. How many servers are having this problem, too? I would appreciate feedback from any server admins / owners who are also having this trouble on their servers. Thanks for reading.

    Server stuck on receiving mission file

    I would recommend you cancel with Vilayer and get your money back, and go with HFBservers.com instead. If you keep Vilayer, just bug their support staff to give you 1.7.6.1, and to fix your server. That's about all you can do because they do NOT provide any sort of full configuration access, such as access to server pbo's, etc.

    AddWeaponCargo Restrict#24

    Do you remember what weapons you were carrying? If you are getting kicked for AddWeaponCargo restrictions you have a blacklisted weapon on that server. I suggest joining a server with less restrictive filters, or just roll back your patch to 1.7.6.1, join a server, and drop your blacklisted weapon.
  15. I love this tool. It is simple and basic, and gets the job done. I had problems with other DayZ RCON tools where it wouldn't stay connected to the server, but EPM doesn't have that problem.
  16. You can make better use of addweaponcargo.txt in tracking illegitimate weapons. Use the latest BE filters provided by Faco in the 1.7.7 mod patch announcement.

    Loot is defintiely a lot harder to find all around.
  18. No, that is something we have not tried. But I do not believe it is the cause of the issue, because we are not getting mass amounts of anti-tp logs.

    Looking for a new server

    Hey there, We encourage you to join us on our server, US 1994. It is an official hive server, with active admins, and a fairly good popularity. Usually we see about 10-30 players playing on our server. Hope to see you there!

    Yes, there is a thread going on about this issue right now. If you could please post there about that bug I'd appreciate it.
  21. Do not try to tell me that you are giving full configuration access for all of your servers. I know for a fact that you will not allow this with official hive servers, where as HFBservers does.
  22. If anyone running a server is also experiencing this problem I'd appreciate to hear from them.

    Best server Provider for DayZ

    I went with Vilayer since January and let me tell you, they are not as good as people seem to think. They do not allow full configuration access to their servers. You are not able to keep your beta patch up to date. And you have to wait for days after the latest mod patches get released before you can use them. I switched to HFBservers because they allow full configuration access, they also can update your beta patch upon request, and the price is better. I was paying roughly $28 per month for a 40 slot public hive server through Vilayer with barely any configuration access. Now I run a public hive server through HFB and I get 50 slots, full config access, and it's only $30 / mo. You make the call.
