Hey guys, some words on Taviana. Nice idea but not well made. The map is big... okay thats it. Every town looks same. The forestes and plants in general are very bad placed. Every forest looks really the same. EVERY fucking tree has the same distance to the next tree. Totaly unrealistic. There are no bushes, little plants or dead wood in the forest. No smaller trees at the forest edges. The level designer was never in a real forest The terrain is fucked up too. Every mountain gots the same shape. Everything looks the same. The towns are full of impasses and hundertes of meters long streets without cover or little sidestreets. It is terrible for the gameplay and totaly unrealistic. Every other map axcept celle are better made as taviana. Celle gots realistic forests with random density and random big plants and trees also samler trees at the forest edges but the towns and the flat areas are terrible too. But alle the cars, airports and militaryloot places makes this map(Tavi) intressting. If you can ignore the very bad terrain and vegetation give the map a try. Despite the bad leveldesign work this map can be fun if have a right group, camp, vehicle and enemys.

A Tent is useless shit. ALL fucking admins are goind to reset the server aft a hacker spawned one little fucking car. I lost so much fuckig tents with so much fucking NV and m4a1 cco SD's only because 99% of the DayZ Admins are shitbrains. Cars a little bit saver but can be stolen and they are harder to hide. I like the dead body situation now. If you wanna hide someone you can do it. BTW: The OP is describing a problem wich not excists. It is not easy to get back to your body. okok if you play on a empty server its np but we are talking about full servers. Most ppl get shot on Hotspots... and to loot you body on a hotspot is not that easy. Other ppl will shot you or loot your body first. Useless topic here. Hide Body function is nice. Stay at this! Server restarts are clearing the dead bodys. BTW2. You care about that someone gets his gear back. So you killed the person only for losing his gear, destroying his fun. So you dont killed for defens, his loot, clearing an area, your fun or rage. You Sir(The OP) are retarded.

They can spawn in all residantel buildings. The highest chance you have in Pubs/Bars and the Office/school buildings. They also spawn at heli crashsides but NOT on regular military spawns like barracks. The Camo suit doesnt give you 15% protection. Thats servercontrolled and no server gives you the protection.

Which grapic card you have? But i think NO you cant play it with that. :(

Its a shame that the Eject is right next to autohover or lights. Very Stupid and not realistic in my opinion. Who of you accidentally exited his car while turning on the light because the switch is near the door? The devs never tested the helicopter flying... its a shame.. again..

Incredible cheap made maybe. Okay its a cool map with some very good ideas and a lot of work but nothing looks natural. Every Mountin has the same shape. Either we have totaly flat ground or 40° round hills. Every Forest looks similar and too clean, no dead wood, no bushes at the edges. We have high ground plants in the forest and no grass/plants on clearings. The Map designer has not one time looked outside his window into the real nature. And the cityes, only square streets, everything is too clean. No atmosphere. Unrealistice amount and placing of houses. Everything is to big. We have shoppingmals, hotels and stuff in one town but there are only houses for like 500-1000 ppl in the biggest town. And the map maker gives a shit on the gameplay. The citys are full of impasses. No cover in the streets. Sometimes there are 300m long streets with totaly nothing in it. The highway is more a barrier for cars as a good connection(gateways only on one tack). The distances between hotspots are to long.

Why not using the DayZ Commander? Is it to easy for you?

Climb command is stupid because you still have to stop to climb over a object. Same like pressing V at moment. Jumping is neassasery! I dont want do jumps like in gay Cod, like 3 jumps per second. You know the jumping system from Stalker? This would be perfect. But i see your not the smartest player and you got no experience in gaming or using a brain. So Climb slow over a fence and get killed.. have fun.

So guys I have the same problem since 10 hours i cant join offical Panthera server and i stuck in Loading. Offical Cheranus are working, Private Panthera working. I dont see ppl on the offical Panthera so everyone gots this problem! Fix the hive pls...

Listen man there are only one way at this point: Deinstall Arma2, Arma2oa, DayZ, DayzCommander(if installed), Sixluncher(if installed), other Arma2/DayZ software Deinstall ALL Nvidia software Deinstall every graphics software like nividia inspector(if something like that is installed) After that clean your system Do it with software ccleaner+ccenhancer, tuneup or something like that. And do it manual: Let windows show you all hided folders and go to the appdata folder, search for "arma", "DayZ" and "bohemia". After every deinstallation restart your system. Then reinstall the Nvidia Displaydrivers and restart your system. Make sure your settings are rigth. Do not force AA, AF, Vsync and stuff like that per driver! Let the application decide. Okay the texture filtering can put on high quality(but test the effect!) Good luck sir

Like Acix said: Use the DayZ Commander or a software like that. It will install the latest ArmaII patches, dayz patches, it will install the maps and map updates. Its perfect in my opinon. Time for some Donations!

Hey, try to use the DayZ Commander, it updates your ArmaII, DayZ and all coustm maps for DayZ. It is also easier to finde full server or empty servers. Do not use Sixluncher or the ingame browser, its both totaly fucked up and not working.

If the new comabt logging systems kills me one time because of my bad internetconnection ill stop playing DayZ. If i get killed by a glitch or a stupid bandit.. its okay.. but when the devs starts to implement stuff that kills me for my bad inet its enough an no more fun. Maybe this is the stupidest update in the DayZ history. Combatsystem will not work! ... Ill see it coming.. im shooting a pig and the magic combat system will kill me instantly because one internet package goes not back to the server.... The magic combat system its only good for the the brave bandits who are now able to kill more new players at the coast. Oh and yes the combat system its a dream for hackers. No one can escape now! Good Job!!! Very good job! The communitywork on this patche are made by hackers and bandits. The DayZ Cancer: Bandits and Hackers. Seems to be a great patch. Other question... whats more pussy? Camping at the coast and killing unarmed newbies or logging out to safe your gear from bandits? Most bandits are like hackers... ruining others fun is fun for them. Bandits = Hackers. Both destroying the fun of others.

deinstall the commander clean your pc, registry, userfiles(appdata) reinstall the commander let the commander download and install dayz

The first person view of arme is shit because the enginge is shit. It feels like a bad ported console game. In towns the third person view is a advantage while in nature first person view is better.(eg goning out a bush, your body is outside but the camera still inside the bush so the enemy can see you and you see bush only)
