You cant. A battleEye bypass has been published a while ago, sscripters have fun and can't get caught. We may have other unnoficial tool to catch them, but it's considered as admin cheat by rocket staff, and players whine when we announce to use it.

Paying for an unprotected server, with very strict ban rules, and poor/none official tools to detect cheaters.

Banning 1 or 2 a day won't stop them. And posting on dayZ forum that you banned cheaters bring cheaters :) We can see them on stream selecting the server to cheat on from the DayZ forum.
