No need really... I finally bled out after about 7 hours total, and spawned back on the coast. Moral of the story... avoid random people that try to pick you up in a vehicle if you value actually being able to play the game... :rolleyes:

I did try that, but maybe I didn't hop enough times/fast enough. I'll try it again. ^_^ Edit - Can't get it to work... still stuck in this house in Novy Sobor. I'll just wait it out, not a huge deal.

Well, somehow in between being on the first and second server I got moved from the island to being embedded in the ground beneath a house somewhere... but even when I was on the island my character was completely "stuck" in a sitting stance, so swimming was out of the question. I'll be dead before too much longer, so ehh. :blush:

I've been playing for maybe four days now, and I have to say this game is awfully brutal. It's evoked feelings that I've never before gotten from a game, and despite the frustration it's given me, I have to say the experience is very, very unique. Anyway. I made a rather poor decision earlier after spawning as a new character. Sneaking into Elektro from the east, I suddenly heard a helicopter come out of nowhere. Turning around, I see it take off from a place I just came from, where a helicopter never would have been able to fit, between two buildings (really, really should have seen this coming at this point). It flies over to me and lands. Like an idiot, I jump in - so far I've had very little friendly interaction with other players, so I got kind of excited and didn't think about it. The helicopter takes off, hovers... then teleports to a glitched island in the middle of the ocean, where they kick me out. *Facepalm* I simply can't believe there's no way to commit suicide in this game. I can't stand up, move, or perform any actions. I've been AFK on two separate servers for the last three hours waiting to die of thirst (was kicked off the first for idling... or maybe my location looked suspicious to them... meh). To new players - when they say don't trust anyone, they mean don't trust anyone. With anything. Especially helicopter rides. ;)
