It shouldn't be much more accurate because it is so in real life. It should be much more accurate because it is terrible in-game at the moment. :D

Majority of people actually deal with KOS in-game e.g. by trying to kill the person that KOS'ed them instead, or by actually being careful when moving around. The people who are complaining about it on the forums (which is an insignificant number considering there are now over 1 million players) are usually the ones running in the middle of the road without a care thinking of rainbows and unicorns.

Taken from the Store page on Steam and I quote: "Fight the hostile environment, where every other player can be friend or foe and nothing can be taken for granted."

I don't think that works any more. At least it didn't for me when I tried it today. As for which one is better, they are both good at different things. M4 is good for short-mid ranges (mid ranges is debatable because the bullet spread on the M4 is terrible at the moment) and Mosin good for mid-long ranges. If you always play with your friends and one of them already has a Mosin, I'd say stick with the M4. If you play alone a lot, I'd take the mosin along with a sidearm but it really depends on your play style.

Well the more people take that effort, the less duplicate threads there will be.

Not really, the people complaining on these forums about KOS are insignificant. The people who really matter are actually playing the game and bug reporting.

Not trying to be a dick about it but after the "20th" thread about the same thing it does get tiresome.

You are trying to justify your incompetence by blaming others. The ego on you man gebuz. If I want to kill every single player on the server, I will or die trying. That is the beauty of this game. You can do whatever the hell you want, it is a sandbox. There is no "right way" to play in a sandbox, you are insisting on not understanding this for some reason. Some tips to help you even though I really do not like your attitude judging from your posts, if you follow these tips you may stay alive longer than 15-30 minutes at a time. 1. Avoid big cities. 2. Go inland as soon as possible. You will have enough initial food and water in your body to reach the next city inland without dying of starvation or dehydration. 3. When you see players do not immediately approach them. Watch their behaviour for a bit and try to figure out their intentions or just completely avoid them altogether. 4. Before going into an area scout it out from afar, watch for open doors on buildings and players. 5. If you want to go somewhere the direct approach is usually not the best approach. Use cover as much as the landscape allows you, scan your horizon from time to time. Avoid running in the open and in the middle of a road. Use treelines and other cover to conceal your approaches to your destinations. Even if that means taking a longer route. 6. Avoid the major military areas such as NE+NW airfield, Balota and the 2 military camps. There are a few other military spawn areas which will be safer. Sure it will be harder to get "military grade" items but it'll keep you alive. This isn't exactly how I play the game, e.g. I don't avoid major military areas but for a starter like you, it will at least get you going and keep you alive. Now if you don't have the patience for any of that and still think that running on the main road is a good idea because it is "easier", than this game definitely isn't for you. And no, you can't get a refund for a game just because you didn't like it.

Wait now you are expecting to outrun bullets? :p Also just because you like a to play a certain way it doesn't mean that it is the right way to play the game. Get over yourself buddy.

"Hardcore" servers have a separate hive similar to the "Regular" servers, so yes, your character will carry over. I know you are new and all but please do some research. Most of the problems you are mentioning in your posts are being worked on already. Look at the Announcements and information forum, read/watch the devblogs, go on reddit etc. There is a lot of information out there waiting for you which will answer most of your questions or gripes. Coming on these forums and complaining about the same thing 100s of others have already complained about isn't going to help you or us in anyway.

Yea the bullet spread on the M4 is terrible even on single shot, good luck hitting anything past 100-150 meters with it (in the game, not in real life)

You just figured this out? It has been like this since the original OFP if I am not mistaken.

One of the few people whose first post isn't terribru. Anyway to answer your question, there will be more zombies, many many many more and they will be more dangerous than they are now. As for playing lonewolf, try to find some people to play with. There is a whole forum section dedicated to just that.

To the OP calling an "Alpha". that people have put their hearts and minds on making a reality and are slowly but surely progressing, trash, it definitely is an appropriate response.
