I also was on a non Dayz server last night that had B3. If you where able to get B3 you can scroll rules and such, then folks would have no reason to bitch at you.

How about we just close the forum down since Mr. Pendragon does not seem to posses the self control required to not click on a link. You took the time to read through the forum post and even wrote your own worthless post inside it. Then you came back to the same post just to reply to some guy. Yeah I logged out by the apartments in Cherno, so I am assuming the building offed me. I swear sometimes it feels like there is not a single thing in Dayz that is not trying to kill you. :D

The point in a troubleshooting forum is not to be an asshat to people. If you can't be constructive keep your bullshit to yourself. You never know what level of competency people have with a PC, or a program. Ignorance is something to be fixed not laughed at.

Sounds cool, I always thought bandages where a bit slow in combat. I think it should not be a permanent fix like the bandage though, just enough to get you out of combat.

Bunch of kids shooting each other, then not bothering to help out when they die. Our group may not "go out of our way" meaning we are not going to run from NWAF all the way to the coast just to pick someone up (unless we have a car), but we wait at the body until they get back. The whole time they are running up they are getting turn by turn instructions if needed. If you are going to start a group, help each other out, other wise whats the point?

If you look at the G-17 it looks like its supposed to be, they just don't glow. Its already implemented in the game what with the compass and watch. The glowing part anyway. :)

Having it be snowy in the north would be a great way to make it more dangerous (with footprints). Having the ability to track players would be amazing. It just seems like if you are not in the big coastal cities, or Stary/NWAF, its too safe.

Just reinstall dayz, that happened too me with Lingor a while back.

Above 100? It makes almost no difference in this game. My ping goes from 90-150, and I see no changes at all, neither dose my team. Now things do get a bit fishy at around 250 however. Mind you my friends play at about 25-50 ping, and they don't see me teleporting around like a god. This game is very stable with a 90-150 ping, this is not COD.

Do you not understand this is an ALPHA MOD. Jesus 10,000 people would be impressive for a mod. You where not impressed with the quality? Give me a fucking break; I hate to sound repetitive, but its an ALPHA MOD. People really need to get this concept down. Bugs will be common, hackers will be common, crappy admins will be common, servers bugging out will be common, people leaving will be common, exploits will be common, and so will silly people who think this game is completed. <_<

I have read that if you turn your specs down the CPU takes over, so if you have a not so great CPU turn up the graphics. I know that's ass backwards, but give it a shot. I wish they would fix that. I just know if that is possible without an engine re-wright though,

Our server does it's on the vilayer hive though. Just search Lethal, we have a restart every 8hrs.

That's exactly why I am trying to keep my clan from going to the Dayz hive. You have ZERO power in the official hive as an admin ZERO. Then you get all the crap for not dealing with hackers. Just yesterday we got teleported on, my clan mate shot and killed him, we got his name and gave him the ban hammer. This could not happen on a official hive because you need log prof and they restrict the logs you can see. They restrict the logs because people complain about "admin abuse", then bitch the admins don't do enough. We pay for the server, we should be able to do as we like. That all said, we never kick or ban just because we want to; you do that then no one will play on your server. If a clan wants a player base they need to act like adults, and be responsible. Rant over, I'm sorry you got power tripped on :thumbsup:

I seem to be able to figure out the North/South coordinates, but cant seem to be able to get the East/West. We also can see helicopter crash sites with what looks like coordinates beside them. "DEBUG: Spawning a crashed helicopter at [11827.5,10398.6]"

"Note: The use of private servers MAY be against the wishes of Rocket and the DayZ dev team." 1st- This is from a wiki. 2ed- Rocket himself just commented about him being okay with it. 3rd- Who the hell cares that it requires both games, this paved the way for the standalone. 3a- The more cash Bohemia makes, the more they can give to Rocket to make the standalone. Also how the hell is this game dead? <_<

Just keep trying, it is a lot harder to find a proper tree in Lingor. I was in the same boat before.

Special infected would get me to stop playing this game. This is not L4D, and hopefully never will be. I am not trying to be an ass, but if that's what you want, this might be the wrong game for you. :thumbsup: I do however LOVE the idea of a roaming zombie hoard. Also think the military and cop zombies should have the "bulletproof" vests that you get with the camo skin. This in a way would make them a "boss" zombie without going the "I SPIT GREEN SHIT AT EVERYONE FOR SOME REASON" zombies...Riot police would be alright too, in the event of a zombie apocalypse riots would be common place, and said riot police would get infected while in full gear. :D
