    I have, also ran my internett through a proxy at my house, while he was on his at his house, and it didn't work:/.

    No different laptops, different cd keys, pretty much different everything that I know how to change.

    A friend and I have 2 different cd keys, for both Arma and Arma II:OA, have both re-installed all DayZ mods, and Arma II and OA files, I personally have set my computer back to factory harddrive state. Whenever I log onto DayZ though, I end up with my friends Character. He has a seperate steam account than I do, he has Arma II and OA on his steam like I do. I don't know what else to try. Tried different IP addresses, reseting the routers, everything I can think of. Please help:)
