there should be a time set, I'm not all for this idea but i'll help improve it ;) You log off a server, you must wait 5-10 min to long on with out being spawned at a random spawn point. and it has to be random threw out the map, or else people will just use it as a teleporter to get from point A to the southern coast -

If lighting the towns would attract snipers, and it would be better to stay away... What would be the point of lighting them up? not everyone in there mother has a sniper nor is everyone going to kill people ;) obviously there are people who are will-en to light up the towns (the umpteen post before you) if you want to stay in the dark, then go to the dark part of the world the point is that you can see, people will naturally find comfort in the light. it will add a unkown factor for other players, increase the atmosphere of the game, it will also help navigation at night, promote group play, the pro's out weigh the cons. plus if you roll in a group, it's quite easy to take out a sniper. spec one who shoots at night lol -
Really you can expand on this idea quite efficiently I guess a rag could be like a starter filter, but it would have to really be inefficient. I'm not really big on having different type of gas mask, i don't want it to be to complicated =p as far as purifying water and what not, there are topics on this already. If I add them to OP people will not want to read/comment due to all the subjects of the post.

added/clarify some mist movement regulations i.e. close doors means the mist can't enter a house you can get higher then the mist

I don't want to see who kills me, maybe there should be a Admin chat. where you can talk directly to the admin. or have the Admin see who killed who. or have a log that you can send messages to on the main server, and have the DayZ team get reports directly from it's ingame community. then they can perma band these players. -
the end of that movie =( plus it doesn't tell you where it's coming from only that it's coming ;)

I think there should be rubber bullets/beanbags, i've suggested this on multiple non-lethal post. it would be easier to implement I think, plus you can just use your m4 with it ;) -

I know I play ACE all the time ;) I would love for it to be a part of DayZ, prob flush out the kidies that play DayZ a bit too just saying it wont happen anytime soon. I have a feeling DayZ will become something like ACE by it self. -

there does need to be restructure of the forums, maybe even sub-genre for the suggestion forums would help. -
They need to speed up the volt action, like in stmovement or Ace. but not add a jump action

I've only seen mods where the passengers can shoot from the littlebird, but that's all. it would require a whole new set of vehicles I think, plus mods that would be hard to produce. but I've seen DayZ devs do other things i thought where impossible
