Handheld illuminating rocket flare what comes down on a parachute slowly and illuminates large area of ground.

Rocket ejects a white flare to a ceratin height, which burns for 30 seconds at 90,000 candela. Great for hunting at night and suppressing night vision tools.

Interesting idea, but I probably would only use it in dire circumstances, because it would give my position away to a much larger group of players.
