It was used so you could ID friendlies or hostels on sight. Unless there is some sort of added bonus, like in mod, it's just a pointless feature. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I had no time to identify what clothes they were wearing . . . apart from the guy wearing a blue nato helmet who shot me for when I am observing players, mostly its at range and I dont really take note, I am more interested in what weapon they are holding and if they are a threat (heading in my general direction) and establishing evasion route.
