Hello guys,

We are pushing out a new update. Here is one fix you are waiting for since release of 0.62 :)

  • ambient sound volumes tweaked
  • map/navmesh updates
  • tweaked bus collisions to lessen the chance of it getting stuck on uneven terrain

Give me a feedback what are you thinking about ambient sound volume now. :)

Please file tickets on any issues you find at feedback.dayz.com.

Character wipe.
Expect character and persistence wipes for every exp update moving forward!

Nice update, I'm curious how the volume for the ambient sounds are now.

By the way @Baty Alquawen, rather than us having to find a barrel, animals and garden lime: is tanning currently working again? :P

Anyone else unable to use pumps without a container?

 

 

Nevermind... some serious desynch.  Relog fixed it.

lol - this again?

I loved the patch where wells didn't work :P what was it - 0.54? You really needed some creativity to survive.

I hope the devs think about making wells a dynamic event so that randomly each restart some wells on the map are dried out or broken. That would definitely enhance the survival aspect, especially since KoS is so common these days and basically the only thing we need to worry about.

After this patch I am having the same problem I previously had where my character would randomly move on it's on and would also "teleport" around the location he is at.

two times suffered "lizardman"bug...where my character is on ground and i can sprint fast.i asken in game that do he see me going fast on ground,he said no.

I understand and don't object to the character wipes but for me it makes it kinda hard to see and test the west, I never have enough time between updates to travel that far... :P

i hope i will get an answer about this because its important for us survivors ! . " GAMMA " could you fix the gamma so we can enjoying the night and using flashlights ..etc because most players using gamma in night to get good vision so we are forced to use it because we  cant see him ..sorry for my bad  english i want to enjoy the second gameplay on the night ! ty

Same here.  Crippling desynch issue.   I hope it's due to load on the servers due to the large amount of people trying to download exp patch and not a greater underlying issue.    It's been happening every 2-3 minutes for me.  Going to take a break and see if it's still going on in an hour or two.

ambient sound still way too loud when you come close to a city or buildings, it changes the volume from very good to too loud :/

Killed about 5 infected with melee weapons and so far have not experienced the walking bug in this patch.

the wind and birds sounds are still too loud , even in town\cities i can`t hear footsteps . If i open or close a door the sound of the door should be louder than the birds and wind sounds . viop is very quiet .

come on!...all of these after 10 minutes on running and also maybe few pistols and rifles missing from picture because some guys took them.
