something strange running around in latest dev log vid

There is something strange running around in the latest dev log. what do you guys think it is? 

 

You can see it running at 6:28 behind the zombie the player shoots

It is 100% a chicken that got startled by the zombie running by. Nothing new, sorry to burst your bubble :P

how do you know?

You can tell by the movement, and if you watch it in high quality you can see it flapping around. Chickens already exist in game, and you can see them up close in the Pax East stream video. Brian even mentioned specifically that there was a bug where way to many chickens were spawning in the cities since they have multiple possible locations.

It looked like a chicken to me, except that it seemed to have been flying then landing. I think that part's new.

No dude, EmuThreat - you plugged ypur Occulus Rift in wrong again; I warned you about that when you kept shooting yourself in the back, remember?

with eyes that far apart, you just got to seriously adjust the goggles.. IMO using 2 pairs at once wont work.
( but forget it for tonight, meet ya in the Emerald City bar up the thread )
