You have a top end PC...not sure if you are seriously asking if you can run DayZ? There isnt a game you cant play while streaming with maxed out settings on 1080p.

Nah, he just wanted to show off and get some praise for his rig.

But nice rig, wish I had that kind off hardware.

Buy the game, test it but do play more then 2 hours. If it runs good, if not ask for refund on steam.

Smarter than using a credit card :)
You'll probably feel like its a new game if you haven't played in a while.
So you got something to look forward to.

Make sure you get a decent fan or even better go with a water cooler if you plan to OC.
They aren't much more expensive than a good regular fan these days.

Recently purchased an ibuypower pc to play dayz, just purchased a couple days ago. Was playing the past couple days only with only one incident. When I went to close the game it went to a black screen, so I had to do a hard restart.

Then today I was playing, switched servers was running around and the game crashed. Then I got the message about not being able to play due to gpu not being updated.

So I uninstalled dayz and went to Amd and updated everything.

Restarted and was able to get dayz to run and look at servers but wouldn't be able to play. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Comp specs:

ibuypower bb920

amd radeon rx 480

16 gb ram

intel 6th gen i5

1 tb Hardrive

120gb solid state drive

You should have posted in the Troubleshooting Forum.
Never mind, the machine is good enough to run DayZ SA so I will take a stab at video driver troubles.
Check around to see which version is considered stable or the best recent.

Hello. Recently discovered Dayz Standalone via a Youtube channel. Interested in playing but not sure what to do with current PC. Seems to meet all specs but Graphics (internal Intel). It's a Lenovo Desktop PC K410 that I bought in 02/2014. I'm not a PC expert, but here's a link to Newegg's site where I purchased it (for the specs). What would be the best card to put into this for running DayZ well without breaking the bank?

Thank you for your expertise.

Hi,
I've Arma 2 Dayz mod but its dead. I want to play DayZ SA now. But I have no Idea will it run on my PC.
My Specs are;
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @3.0 GHz
8 GB Ram
Quadro K600 1 GB 128-bit

I googled this but I get no benchmark with similar Hardware. Although,
Benchmark with GT 630 (He's testing game with GT 630, its running good. I've 5% better GPU then his comparatively GT 630 vs Quadro K600)
Benchmark with Integrated Intel UHD 620 (He's too running good even with recording UHD 620 vs Quadro K600)
Benchmark with 820m 2GB (His game is running like CRAP! With constant freezes even he has 2-GB V-RAM GeForce 820m vs Quadro K600)

I met a guy on DayZ server Discord he said he was running game with integrated 512 MB V-Ram during Lock-down because he didn't has access to PC. He reported that it ran fine. But the other day a guy told me he had much better GPU & the performance was like a nightmare.
I'm confused whether I be able to run this game? If any of you had experience running with similar specs kindly reply.
Any help will be greatly Appreciated. Thanks

Regards,
Ranime
