    I've had this problem before many times, I have to do it every day, yesterday I did it twice.

    ^Download BE Client and Server for Windows

    Once they are finished go here: (if you can't find out how to get there, then sorry, I'm not going to take all day to explain things)

    C:\Users\YOURCOMPUTERUSERNAME\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 OA\BattlEye

    ^Paste the two .dll's in there

    Then navigate to your game installation directory:

    (For me it is)

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead

    ^Go to expansion > BattlEye

    ^Place the two .dll's in there

    So I have the latest beta version and latest dayz version at the moment, and I'm trying to connect to US 9/10 Chicago and they appear with a red x when I type their name.

    But with DayZ Commander and Six Launcher I STILL cannot see the server, doesn't show it on the list at all.

    This is the second time that this has happened. The first time was a server S6! used to play on, I played with them for a few days. Now this time I'm a member of the Walking Militia and I cannot join the servers we play on.

    TL;DR - Some servers showing red x's ingame and not showing up on DayZ Commander/Six Launcher when I have same beta version and DayZ version.

    Hope someone knows a fix, I would like to play with friends again, thanks in advance.

    Like? Dislike? Maybe a change in the process? Post your thoughts below I'd like to see this implemented.

    For some reason I get 100% packet loss from your server when I use the "ping" command while using cmd.exe, I also tried this on a neighbor's internet. Either my town is black listed or my ISP is being a bunch of a**holes, could you maybe look into this? I can send you my ip if you'd like.

    Other computer is no longer playing, I will post my last lines of arma2oa.rpt from login to crash.

    I was about to post this when I realized it was too long, I will upload it as an attachment, it's a .txt so don't be worried about any viruses. If needed, I can post it here, but it will make the forum page 289371237218731827321873 scrolls down to the next post.

    Edit: I'm going to redownload ArmA2: CO and BAF and PMC again throught the night, I will try to reinstall everything before installing DayZ, wish me luck!

    *Which version of the game did you purchase? STEAM or RETAIL or MIXED: Steam, I bought Combined Operations then PMC and BAF.

    *Are you running an Arma 2 OA beta patch? If so what version?: Beta 9444 or whatever

    *Which method are you using to launch the game? I.E Sixupdater/steam/batch file: Six Updater

    This seems to be with DayZ only, I tried to go into the editor, and it did not crash me on spawn. I reinstalled DayZ and I am using the current beta version on a current beta server.

    Story: We were looting in NW airfield when a guy spawned in the barracks behind us when me and another squad mate got shot down. I respawned in Elektro and ran to the supermarket to grab a map. I am now located across the street from the supermarket and every time I spawn, my game crashes. I cannot access the escape menu to respawn fast enough to avoid the glitch. Once I spawn it kicks me to the desktop saying that the game crashed. Edit: but around this time I had another computer connect to DayZ on another server. While the other computer is no longer online, my character is still f**ked.

    I need a database admin or dev to reset my character so I can play once more, or have someone tell me a fix to this glitch.

    Could this be possible to having two computers playing DayZ? (Two different CD KEYS and computers)

    Restored my computer back to a few days ago, no different results.

    Hive is being ddos'd.

    Twitter has a guy called 'greenarrow' (new account 2 tweets to date' date=' all connected with this attack), basicly claiming responsibitly for the first attack, and then a second tweet, spreading the new hive IP, probably to other skiddies that have been banned, to try and propagate the attack.

    Retarded children like this, will be getting a visit, from whatever local cops call their shambolic 'cyber' force.

    It may take a few months, but this derp will only leave a trail through various ISP's and proxys that spill the beans (why you no protect the beans?).

    Twitter will not flinch to hand over ip connection info..

    If that IP connects to any Tornet IP, all is still not lost for the feds..

    Large scale ddos's generaly leave traces either way.. and a buttsore script kiddy with some cloned CC details should probably take 2-3 months before getting a knock on the door..
