    He is used to it. You are not going to get trough to anyone in the forums no one is left to care around here. The  same can be said about the player base only a few return from time to time usually those who played in the last few years and the new players who buy arma on sale help keep the average bellow the 100s they will play anything along with the regulars. There has not been a good patch in years nothing can revive the mod. Vinyl got what he wanted all the vanilla servers are gone and his server remains thanks to regular donations but to what cost ? The influence he had on developing lead to vanillas death, ask him he is proud of it of course he will say it was positive feedback and yet that still does not change the fact he has weak admins that abuse players regularly when something is stolen and were even forced to do so to be able to enjoy the game. Even to this day the new clueless ones who know nothing about the mod and can barely keep up with his long list of ever changing rules are still being preyed upon in his server. If they question him about certain situations he just says they do not have in game tools and shadow bans them if they go to far. Do not bother denying it Vinyl  I do not care about your excuses or cover ups I got what I wanted out of this game despite your pathetic attempts to get me banned on other servers now it is over. With luck you will be red pilling your own players soon.

    Checking out the mod community again and I see this is still going on today just as the lack of players at least  they all fit in one vanilla server . Are you Roberto ? He did not learn his lesson and continued wasting his time on toxic servers like us434 and then begged to be unbanned on Europa just to experience  it again what a stupid decision at least it seems he had fun with 6666 he was one of the "lucky" ones Vinyl never found out he was M-IX he was a bit lost there since he banned two people who were not even related but he did simply because they knew the truth and one of them had issues with him just like others from 434 had after him when they played his server,  even Garnix who was playing with me in UK420 went back to Europa after it closed despite being aware of what goes on there seems he is a bit confused these days .     For DayZ Standalone that is great but this is the DayZ Mod section but keeping that in mind this is a great addition for a desert map in DayZ SA, this would never be introduced in the mod thanks to the incompetent devs.

    Try posting it in DayZ SA gallery / suggestions or modding section.

    Don´t you worry, M3RC ain´t shit they are weak and pathetic, the only way for them to beat you is if you ambush their base and allow them to regear, as long as they have 3 helicopters at their disposal, they will always keep coming back, you might end up getting killed due to lack of ammo. Regardless if you killed them over and over they will still feel good about it. But if you find them out of their base, they might just kill themselves trying to survive you.     A few hours after I had released the footage, he sent me this message, it is safe to say it was all just a bluff he could never go forward with the process if I send a counter-notification, he relied on the fake copyright to take down the video and was truly convinced I was just a kid and I would let this happen, in 10 to 14 days the video will be restored to avoid further illegalities, till then I feel no need to re upload the video.ClOFR9R.png

    I wish I could guys as I said I am on vacation, I am replying to you trough my laptop and I do not have the footage itself or the original video in this computer, I should have downloaded the video but I had no clue this would happen. When I return on Tuesday I will gladly post a new video and send you guys the footage as well...just tell me how I can give it you and I will in two days.

    actually, you-tube automatically removes content under review to prevent any lashback from failure to comply with DCMA. But if he doesn't follow up with proof after a counter claim, they will just reinstante it.

    people bank on the fact that you won't counter notify.  if you do, they have the legal responsibility of proving that what they said is true (see the first link)

    I can post the raw footage with out any colour correction and show me killing him in a video game and he threatening me to ban me, I know the people who didn´t get to see the first video will miss the parts where he went full retard on me and I called him noob and making jokes about his hacked gear, if youtube considers that an harassment to him I will not post such harmful content, but the community have the right to see part of the greatest admin abuse of all time and if he comes again whining that video belongs to him or another person he will get in serious trouble, first let´s see what youtube does about this first video and his copyright based on a fake video from which I stole the content of my video.

    Yeh, put in a counter-claim, he has made a fraudulent report and can have his account suspended for doing so. It looks like he is claiming the content actually belongs to him, was uploaded elsewhere and you have taken it and uploaded it to youtube.

    He his actually saying I stole the content from a video that dosen´t exist, he has gone to far he will pay the ultimate price !

    he's claiming you stole the video content from him or someone else.  so potentially b/c of the music.  however, in the case of infringing on someone else's music, THAT person, or their representatative, has to challenge you saying that you have unlawfully used their content.

     

    Make sure you check out my post above about this "non-pvp" server that's clearly listed as PVP on gametracker. :D

    So they base their defence on that ? Have they actually read the rules of the server in question ?

    I will post this video here on Tuesday, I wasn´t a bandit just a fresh spawn with m1911 that the server itself provides, when he came down he had no gunners, I though he was getting out and take me out I took my chances and the result was the biggest butthurt admin of all time.
